Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable and very cordial and professional. Was a pleasure too, have them work with my cooling unit, fixing it in less then what I expected will definitely go on my go to for my heating and cooling. Great guys.

Leroy was a Godsend. I previously hired two other contractors and all they wanted to do was to sell and install brand new HVAC systems. There was a leak that they claimed they couldn't find.
Leroy found the leak almost right away, he fixed the leak and did a pressure test. He gave a warranty for 30 days of at the AC stopped blowing cold air at any point. The AC has been working great all summer.
I highly recommend Leroy and his company Greater Purpose Heating and Cooling. If you want someone who is honest and has integrity than this is the company for you.

I couldn’t believe that Leroy came out to my house on a Sunday morning! Fixed my air conditioning problem in less than a half an hour, and it’s been working beautifully! And, it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.

Our HVAC system was old and needed replaced of course at the worst time. We were worried about finances because my mom just passed away and we are responsible for covering those expenses. Leroy with no knowledge of the financial burden we are going through bent over backwards to help us. You could tell he was a genuine honest man who has a love for people. The lengths that he went to in order to help was something you rarely see in people. I’ve told my husband many times, this is a good trustworthy man. We will always go to him from here on out.

Leroy and his crew were professional and responsive. He answered all my questions. He did exactly what he said he would when he said he would. Very happy with pricing and the quality of work.

(UPDATE) GREATER PURPOSE HEATING AND COOLING LLC IS A PREMIER JOBBER. The upstairs and downstairs heat pump systems installed in my home work flawlessly and have changed the way the entire environment feels in my home. The technicians and supervisors are accommodating and clearly explain job requirements. I recommend them and will use them in the future.
Update: My first issue needing attention after one year involved condensation collection in the attic and leaking through the ceiling. This was quickly resolved and gave us A/C for the 100 degree heat that arrived in the week.

HVAC had broke down. Leroy sent a tech and got me up and running. Afterwards I was given many options to repair or get a new unit. I optioned to buy a new unit. The team was on time and installed the new system seamlessly. They went over the new system and how to use it even got me set up using my phone app. They helped every step of the way. They didnt leave until I was fully satisfied. Leroy has checked in to see if we have any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

Leroy was responsive, and was able to fix the hole in my HVAC system with ease. He answered all of my questions simply and clearly! He was honest with me, and the price for repair was fair. I am thankful he was able to help us out, 10/10 would recommend Greater Purpose!

Our house has always been a challenge to heat and cool. Started off with just a wood stove, then we put in a propane stove, and then another and finally a mini-split for AC in the summer. 43 years later we finally got Leroy and his crew to take out both the propane and mini split and install a whole HVAC system in our attic. They put the vents in the ceilings as we are a solid concrete house inside walls as well. Today is a cold day and our whole house is comfortably warm, and noise free. Leroy, Juan and Eloy and Javier did a great job getting it done in three days. They are very professional, friendly and polite and we are looking forward to doing further business to maintain its working life . Thanks for everything!!!

They were an awesome group of guys to have do an install.They were prompt, professional, cleaned up as they went, were very diligent and had great attitudes. I’ve dealt with 3 separate companies since moving this area last summer. Each one told me I needed a new hvac unit which was tough because we just purchased this home and the inspection said the hvac unit was in great working condition. My unit was R-22 and was low on freon when Leroy came. He serviced my unit and gave me the best price on a new system vs the other 2 companies. He also came did everything he could to work around my schedule and didn’t charge me anything to charge my old unit and keep my home cool until the new unit arrived. His entire team were very professional throughout the entire installation process. I am so pleased with their mannerisms and professionalism that I HIGHLY recommend them!

Our rental was in need of a dependable heating/cooling system and Leroy came and assessed the house, and gave us an estimate. Within a week’s time, once we decided to have him put in the mini splits, he came and did it all within one day! The renter’s are very pleased and Leroy has since come to check on the units and instructed the renter on how to keep them functioning at their best! We highly recommend Leroy and this business!

I was concerned because my fan was running non-stop and I couldn't seem to shut it off. I was worried my system would stop working in the wintertime. I called Choice Home Waranty as I am a member. They assigned Greater Purpose Heating and cool to come and check it out. They came immediately on Monday morning on his lunch hour. He dealt with CHW very professionally. They wanted him to just replace burnt wires but he said it wouldn't be safe and may cause a fire. He told them that he would only do it right which required him to find out what was causing the wires to burn. He sent two of his workers to install a complete heat pump system. They did a good job and was very courteous but found a leak in my crawl space.
I called a plumber because it seemed to be leaking under my hot water heater which they installed.
I called Leroy at about 6:30 PM. He came immediately and replace the condensation line the same night. He said he would be going out of town the next day and wanted it to be fixed correctly. He was here until 9 PM but got it fixed.
I would highly recommend this company to my friends. Their honesty, profesionalism and courteous is off the charts.
