Not only did he fix the issue, he also went into our crawl space to do his due diligence, immaculately cleaned our unit, AND gave us pro tips.

Before he left he triple-checked that everything was working great, which gave us such a peace of mind.

Leroy came through 100 percent. Our heater went out and we have 4 little babies! He was quick to give us options and bring us his own heaters in the middle of the night . He did a great Job on the installation, he even placed a box over our thermostat that way the babies can't touch it ! thank you

Their service was prompt and the technicians were friendly and did a great job. Communication and updates regarding the project were great as well! I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Leroy at Greater Purpose helped get my AC unit working at the service call! His knowledge and workmanship was great. I had seen him in action before and was not disappointed. Leroy even called to check later in the day to make sure we were okay and had cold air on 103* day.

You all!!! I can not sing enough praise about Leroy and his crew. Everyone and I mean everyone is so professional. I had a gas leak in my furnace at 11:00 pm on a Tuesday night. Gas company came out and red raged my unit. Next morning called Leroy and he said he would be in Pendleton on Thursday and would work us in. So, I was thinking he would be here around 4 or 5 pm as I was being worked in. No, he was here at 10:30 am. They found the leak and said because the unit I have has been recalled they could not fix it because parts are no longer being made. So, he offered me a zero financing for a brand new one and I did not qualify so he kept working with me till we found one that would qualify me and worked with my budget. This company and Leroy go above and beyond. They really do care about their customers.

These guys did a great job. Very pleased. Leroy is easy to talk with and very accommodating. And so is his crew. We got our furnace and AC replaced. New vents in the attic. Nice to have a higher efficiency unit.

Leroy is the guy to call for all AC installations!!!! The process was timely and professional. I was well informed and involved in the process. Leroy was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable in this project. You will not regret his services as he’s attention to detail and very hardworking.

Although I felt like Leroy and was kind and thorough we have had problems with our new system. We ended up getting a brand new $10k+ system with his company and it does not keep up in the weather. I know several people with my same floor plan and square footage in my neighborhood and their systems keep up, even in these more extreme temperatures. Additionally, our electricity bil more than doubled in the winter. The company did come out and do some recall work on the unit but it has not fixed the issue. Something is definitely wrong with the unit.
I have contacted the company several times with my concerns and they have not been properly addressed.
Very disappointed that we supposedly upgraded to a bigger system but are getting worse performance.

Greater Purpose Heating and Cooling was able to come out same day for us! I was so relieved after Leroy looked at our Air Handler in the attic and started explaining things to me. He was very detailed at what was going on with my unit. He also shared real-time information with me including thermometer readings and pictures of his findings. He explained what the numbers/temperatures should be at, what ours were currently at, and the possible reasons what was causing the difference in temperature. He also removed a huge ice block from underneath our unit! We had been up in the attic the night before trying to find out what was the issue but didn't see the ice.

His prices are very reasonable compared to other companies we've used in the past. It seemed maybe even half of someone we used 1.5 years ago. It's nice to talk to an owner you know values their customers enough to provide reasonable pricing.

Leroy also explained to us how our unit is older and how we could benefit from a new system but it was informative only, there was absolutely no pressure on his part for us to get a new system. But when we do absolutely need a new system, we plan to choose Greater Purpose Heating and Cooling.

Leroy and his team are such kind, professional people. We have used Greater Purpose for our own HVAC and furnace replacement, as well as my mother’s entire system. 10 out of 10, genuinely. A definite blessing in our community.

As always the service people did a terrific job. Pleasant professional technicians. Reason we are on a yearly maintenance plan with them.

At first I was told it would be an $80 charge to look at the system. I told them that if there was a thermostat needed, it would cost around $200. I was charged over $300 for the thermostat and $240 for two hours of work. I am grateful for having it fixed but I also think I was over-charged.
