Had what turned out to be mostly a power related issue on my three month old install. After a couple of days of uncomfortable temperatures, I called Gresham HVAC expecting a several day que for service. Tyson was then on site within an hour or two, and he quickly got it back up and running, while tweeting other minor system issues. 10 star service! Thank you

I ordered a service/cleaning on a forced air gas furnace at a rental property I own in Gresham. I was charged $175 and what I was provided was a Maintenance Check list (conditional Logic) whatever that is...........the general system information which told me what I have as far as my system is concerned, which I already know. The only information i was provided was under "Top Concerns", it indicated "dirty recommend cleaning" when I called in and asked if it was cleaned when the technician went to the property I was told it would have just received a "light cleaning" and if I want a "deep clean" an appointment would need be scheduled. Never heard of that in the past when i have ordered a clean and service on a furnace.

Cody Rossman arrived and quickly did the work I called for service. He was friendly and had great customer service, walked me through process and gave me info on how to make sure I keep up on cleaning unit.

I trust Gresham Heating & AC for all of my home's HVAC and hot water heater needs. Not only do they keep my home comfortable and cozy all year 'round, all of the staff are professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Cody did the annual AC inspection today, answered questions I had about other equipment and recommended simple things I could do to keep my systems operating efficiently and save money on utilities. From the time I initiated the phone call to Gresham heating and cooling, they were very attentive. The first appointment was within 2 hours. The installation for the heat pump was within the week. Cody answered all our questions, problem solved in a timely manner and was instructed on the thermostat.

Tyson and his crew were quick and efficient! They take great pride in their work and it shows. They replaced an old furnace with a heat pump and it’s phenomenal. I will call them any time I need something done because I know they will do it right.

Tyson and his crew were incredibly fast, professional, and helpful . Their online systems for scheduling, receiving quotes, and paying invoices are some of the best I've seen in a local business. Very happy with the equipment, installation, and functionality. Will happily do business again for maintenance or full-on installation like this one.

We recently reached out to Gresham Heating and Air conditioning to replace our HVAC and Heating unit and glad we did. Everyone who came to our house was friendly and very knowledgeable. Great work and great staff!

I scheduled to have my mini-split recharged after an accident involving a siding nail and the line set. Mind you, this is a brand new Daikin unit, which had been installed within 2 weeks of said incident.

When I called to schedule, I was very clear as to the nature of the service that I needed, including an explanation of the repair that I made to the line set, the type and quantity of refrigerant needed to complete the job, etc.

When the technician arrived, he told my son that he didn’t have any R-32 refrigerant, and the company wasn’t going to purchase a canister of it for this service call, since the rest of it wouldn’t be used. It is my understanding that this refrigerant is quite commonly used in mini-split systems, and has been in use by Daikin in particular since about 2012.

At this point, the technician indicated that it would be best to replace the entire unit with a new one to avoid this problem in the future.

I had the system checked and recharged by a different contractor the next day, and it’s been operating just fine since.

I won’t likely be recommending Gresham Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

First time using this company and they did a great job they gave us a start and a finish date in moving and replacing our heating and hot water systems to the garage with a new A/C unit outside. Showed up on time, worked all day and finished when promised. Cleaned up all debris without being asked and was easy to communicate with. Tyson the owner was very creative in resolving our challenge and the final project turned out better than we imagined. I included a picture that shows how precise his work is with all the lines and pipes following the contour of the equipment allowing to take up the least amount of space. I’ve dealt with a lot of different type of construction companies in the past 20 years and this company has been the best great staff all super friendly just an overall great experience thank you Tyson Corey and Kathy for helping us out in a pinch. Highly highly recommend.

My furnace died and because it and the air conditioner were 19 years old, I had them replaced with a hybrid system. Gas furnace and heat pump AC. I also decided to have a zone temperature control for my two story house. The two guys showed up on time, worked nonstop, and cleaned up after themselves. They discovered why two registers weren’t receiving air - I noticed it years ago but never did anything about it. They replaced ducts in the crawl space at a reasonable cost and kept working until it was done. Good job guys!

Tyson was amazing he was here in a timely manner , explained everything to me told me how much it would cost to fix the issue. He fixed it cleaned the system and was very nice and polite. Quick response to my message I left. Quick service call to home. They kept in contact with me as to the timing of arrival and updates. Plus who the technician would be. Plus a photo of technician.
Tyson was courteous, professional and answered all questions. I was basically getting an inspection because we hadn’t had our furnace serviced in ages. Tyson cleaned and inspected the parts and reported to me that the furnace was in great condition and needed nothing replaced. I was very happy about that and could rest assured that the furnace was in safe condition.
