Absolutely fantastic service. The service tech was knowledgeable. He understood the situation he diagnosed that we had absolutely no problem with our furnace. When another company said we did. We are very grateful for this second opinion and grateful to this technician for knowing what he was doing and not the other company that was trying to scam us. Always get a second opinion if you have a relatively new furnace and some tech comes out and tells you need to replace it it’s not true. Check with Multnomah Heating And Cooling to do any work, you have on your furnace or cooling system. They are awesome!!

Multnohmah has been the fatest to provide schedules to visit and take care of the problem. I love sending tenant requests to them. They are super friendly too. :)

Very impressed! Josh came and fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Same day service too!
I had closed up too many vents (mistakenly thinking it would save money).
Josh put in the extra effort and the problem was solved.
I did have a Home warranty which helped with the cost.

Multnomah was great to work with on our furnace replacement through our home warranty company. Very communicative and punctual. Will be using them in the future for annual services and other projects.

2 gas furnaces. Dissambled burners and cleaned. Cleaned flame sensors.Technician, polite, informed and quick.
Not sure about the price. 2 furnaces, about 1 hour work total on-site. $200 to 250.00 would have seemed reasonable; $300 seemed high.Not being in the business leaves me with little knowledge of pricing and expenses.

Tyson and Corey were wonderful! Tyson came out on Monday to diagnose what was going on with my old furnace. Friday he and Corey were at the house to install the new system. Within less than 4 hours,we were back in business.

Wonderful staff to work with. I had a new ductless heat/AC system and tankless water heater installed in my home and garage. Tyson and Corey were great and worked with me through the whole process. Very informative and answered every question I had. Satisfied customer!!

Tyson and Corey installed a new ductless mini split system and tankless water heater in our log cabin. They did excellent work, were careful to leave cables hidden when possible and tidy when not, and were friendly, personable and nice to have around. When installation was complete, Tyson coached us on use of the system—VERY helpful! It was an expensive installation, but we’re very pleased with the outcome and can’t say enough about how good Tyson and company were to work with!

My system is running smoother than ever! It started with a phone call where I was treated with respect and that office manager made sure everything was set up for success before sending a tech out. The tech, Tyson Redfern explained everything step by step as he worked. I’m sticking with this company. Services Mt Hood villages too.

Amazing service by Corey and apprentice. They took their time to make sure I had every detail I needed to make decisions for now and in the future. I was given options not offered by any other company. After 4 days of no heat we are again comfortable with what turned out to be a very easy fix. Definitely will be using for future upgrade. They even noticed our water heater and made sure we knew they could help with that as well!

I understand things happen but I had to take a half day off work because the time window was 1 to 5 and they call me at 1:22 p.m. stating they need to reschedule my appointment because they just can't make it out today. Disappointed is an understatement.

Technician Corey was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. However after he left we noticed another issue and called that very day. We left a message with the answering service, we had no call back. The next day we received the email from Gresham H&A with the report from the day before. It was as Corey verbally explained when he was here. However, 2 things he'd said needed attention and his boss would be in touch were not addressed, neither was our phone call of the day before. We sent 2 more emails, and 2 more phone calls over the course of a month. Nothing! No response, very poor service. If you're too busy to take care of customers, say so. Meanwhile we're paying more than we should in utilities, the equipment is running foul, it'll end up costing us more than necessary. We're new in the area and senior citizens.

Tyson was very professional and explained all repairs needed and prices ahead of work. He finished in no time and working great.

Mr Perez arrived at my home during the time I was quoted for arrival and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part was available in Milwaukee and he made sure to get the part and repair the furnace the same day. Gresham heating and air conditioning is a great company to work with.
