Awesome cleaning company. Marfa and her crew did an amazing job cleaning our shop and all the windows. Highly recommend them for your cleaning service!!

Hired this company to do a move out cleaning, we went through Angi's. The day they finished the cleaning they called my husband and said our home was really dirty. We had been in the process of moving out over a 6 week span, it had been raining the week before for several days, so yeah it is going to be dirty to an extent. I felt that was incredibly rude, and unprofessional. When I went back to the house to look at the quality of the cleaning I was incredibly disappointed. We paid for a move out cleaning with windows, I had to go behind these cleaners and clean walls, drawers, the stove, closet shelves, and blinds. When we pulled the blinds down in the master bedroom, I was shocked to discover the blinds had been broken in several places, there was also a piece of the broken blind on the roof OUTSIDE of the window and they had not been cleaned, they charged me an additional 100 dollars just for the windows. I had to mop floors as they didn't look like they had been cleaned.

I tried to call this company the next day, the phone rang for a while. Someone answered the phone and then hung up on me. I thought okay, maybe an accident, so I waited a few mins and nothing no call back. I called again, same thing.

I have to pay the property manager, to replace the blinds, and to have someone come clean up behind this company. This was the first and last time I'll hire someone to come clean my home.

Marfa and her girls come in and do the job right. Very hardwarking ladies. I would definitely hire them again.

Marfa and her team are great! They’ve done annual and semi-annual windows and deep-cleaning for me and everytime they show up on time, work quickly and her rates are fair. Highly recommend.

Great service, the ladies did such an incredible job cleaning my house 10/10 recommend!

Firstly, the ladies that were scheduled to clean my house where more than an hour and a half late. Second, they didn’t speak any English, and were unable to communicate. Lastly, they were scheduled for a deep clean, but did not clean the walls, baseboards or on top of the cabinets. And on final note, everything they moved to clean they did not put back.

Lorena and her crew have been cleaning my house weekly for 2 years and I couldn’t be happier. They are thorough, caring, trustworthy and reliable.
I look forward to coming back from work on cleaning day, my house feels and smells amazing!

Is it an exaggeration to say they have changed my life!? I used to be a stay at home wife/ mother. I have really HIGH standards for cleanliness, but no time since i own a beauty salon.

Did such a good job, we have requested them to do our house all the time.

I reached out to them because of a referral from someone who used them several years ago. I requested a deep cleaning with very specific areas I wished to be focused on. These areas were not done to my satisfaction or expectation of what 'deep Cleaning' means. I even had to ask them to vacuum under the sofa cushions which had not been done. The kitchen was the most disappointing. The floor was good but they did not wipe down the cover on the microwave or even cleaned the dishwashing bottle sitting on the sink. It was still sticky all over. Not a big deal, but when I am paying money for a deep clean I expect those things to be done! They also said they were unable to get the inside of the oven cleaned and when I pointed that out, they suggested I could get a razor blade to scrape it clean. I expect a cleaning company that I am paying almost a $1K. to know how to clean the inside of an oven and have the necessary products or tools to do so. However, I will say that the workers were very polite and friendly.

Overall, a great value for a quality service. Friendly, trustworthy team that gets the job done quickly and efficiently.

I'm not sure How long I've had the Cleaning Authority but long enough to know I can't live without them. They were here today and I said to them "I love you!" They do the things that have become hard for me at my age. ANGELA has been my steady cleaner, she's a trainer so my 2nd is often a different person. I have been fortunate that for my past 2 cleanings she has brought CHRISTOPHER with her. They are a great team and I look forward to my next cleaning!

Second time my cat has been shut up locked in a room for hours until I return home from work. Please make a nit for the cleaners to visualize my cat prior to leaving the house if at all possible. My office upstairs should remain closed and not cleaned and that’s where I found her stuck in for 7 hrs.
