Angela and team did a good job dusting areas missed in the past knife and fork could be washed ? Great team noticeably better

There were 3 of them yesterday, and they were through in 1 l/2
hours! There were still some spots on the floor in the kitchen
and dining area, but all in all it looked good. Getting Better!

This was a first time experience for me with a home cleaning service. The lead up with the owner/supervisors went well and the first thorough clean was a good experience also.

Cleaning Authority does a great job with my split-level home. Angela and Mouse did a super thorough initial clean- the shower was whiter than I have seen it in years! They continue with excellent maintenance cleans. I am very appreciative and would recommend their services.

TCA has been great! Excellent communication and the app is a nice touch. They've always responded to me quickly. The cleaners arrive on time in the expected time window and do a great job at a very reasonable price. They are quick, too. I've been very pleased to not only save my own time from cleaning, but they do a much better job than I could myself.

Highly recommend if you are looking for housecleaning. Stella and Becca do a fantastic job! Love coming home on cleaning day!

Did not dust well, again. We had to sweep kitchen and dining room after they cleaned as it was still so dirty. Things are only superficially cleaned with little moved or cleaned under. Greasy surfaces are wiped over, but not washed and end up streaky and greasy looking. There is no pride in workmanship. It's just hurry up and gp through the motions. Very frustrating and disheartening.

Each time I come home and the Cleaning Authority has been there, I am so elated. They do an AMAZING job, and are thoughtful and thorough. BEST. DECISION. EVER.

I have had them on contract for several months now and everytime they come out I’m always impressed! The whole team does such a great job and always leaves a note of the work they did. If you’re looking for a company that’s honest and does great work I’d recommend them! The photo doesn’t do them justice but it shows how organized and clean things are.

Update: it has been a month since I cancelled my service, and they have not returned my house key even though they told me twice, in writing, that they would mail it to me.

Cleaned my house weekly for two months in Salem. Inconsistent service quality--supervisor had to come to house two different times to monitor cleaning quality before I cancelled after third instance of poor quality. They did refund some of my fee after second time, but three strikes and you're out. Evident employees focused on time spent rather than quality of work.

Fantastic experience. Professional and very efficient. Would recommend to anyone needing a one time clean or ongoing.

The housekeepers were supposed to clean the kitchen, but they didn’t do anything in there. They didn’t clean the oven vent cover, the stove top, the fronts of the cabinets, the countertops, etc. It’s like they completely skipped over the kitchen. They didn’t dust the kitchen furniture either and I’m not 100% sure they did the floors. Plus before they arrived at the door, they sat out in my moms parking space for half an hour chatting and talking on the phone. Thought maybe they were having lunch but when asked they said no. One of the girls stated the other girl was talking on the phone. My mother was confused why they were just sitting out there when they could’ve been cleaning her apt unless it was some type of an emergency but they didn’t say there was anything. This also isn’t the first time they’ve pulled up, sat out in their car for at least a half an hour before coming to my mom‘s apt to clean.

We have been using TCA for several years and we enjoy the cleanliness of our home after Gaby and Silvia leave. I appreciate the time and work that it takes to keep our home sparkling clean!

Daisy and Becca cleaned my house today and it looks great! They were very professional and it felt comfortable having them in my home. I really like the consistency in care that is provided by the Cleaning Authority.
