Tori and Mckaylie cleaned my home this week with emphasis on the living and family room. They did an excellent job on these rooms as well as welcome touchups in the other rooms. Very pleased with their attention to detail.

Mhari and Destiny did a thorough and excellent job cleaning our home this past week. They always do a great job cleaning all of my wood floors and my travertine shower in the master bathroom. Everything is always nicely dusted and the steps are always freshly vacuumed. Great job, ladies!

We have had 2 other service providers before and they left us feeling like we paid for the things we already did. But, WOW! Emily and Shy were polite, and went straight to work. We left to run errands and when we got back, RELIEF!!! It’s what I needed. Someone to do the job I would have done (but better)! You owe it to yourself, have these people help you out! Sometimes I think “I need to cut back my spending” and then these cleaners come by and I think “I need to cut back… somewhere else”. Nothing else I spend on restores my tranquility and sanity more. Our house is chaotic and over run. Getting help from our minions is a challenge. The cleaners do a really nice job of working around our clutter and organizing. I was worried about that at first like “will I get what I’m paying for if they can’t actually clean anything because we’re past a point of cleaning access.” It’s still better when I can clear the way but they don’t just move past, they make an effort at doing all they can (within reason) and that’s perfect.

I am so pleased with cleaning authority! They arrived on time and performed efficiently and well. My house now sparkles and smells wonderful. I give them the five stars, hoping that others will be able to enjoy their service as well. I look forward to their next visit.

I've had the Cleaning Authority working for me for several years and I appreciate that my cleaning team arrives pretty consistently on time and gets right to the job at hand. This week we've had rain and wind which have left moisture and debris everywhere making it difficult to get into the house without tracking both inside. So, I was grateful to see my crew appear this morning. They greeted me warmly then tackled the messes! In record time, they dusted, swept, vacuumed, scrubbed hard surfaces, tidied, reorganized furniture, then, gathered their gear and headed off to the next appointment. Brenda and Yadira are to be commended for their abilities to regularly clean and reset furniture filled rooms and leave the customer smiling and pleased with the result. They both deserve recognition and awards!

Arrived on time and fully equipped. Unbeknownst to them they had to deal with 2 x 170 pound Great Danes. Didn’t skip a beat And the dogs loved them. They were there approximately 4 1/2 hours and cleaned our house top to bottom. Definitely passed the litmus test and we are now on a biweekly rotation. Would recommend. Thank you for your help.

The team came on time. Destiny and Dawn and Jinx were friendly and did a very good job cleaning the house. Everything looks so fresh and smells really clean. They know how to efficiently clean and also all visited with me, so it was a warm good experience meeting them and a great experience having a clean clean home!

Yadira and Brenda do an excellent job of cleaning our house. They are friendly and efficient and do a thorough job in every room. They always arrive on time, then get right to work. We are very satisfied with our team from The Cleaning Authority. We really appreciate The Cleaning Authority sending us a reminder email, since we do every other week. We also appreciate notice of the arrival window so we are able to plan accordingly. The Cleaning Authority has been very responsive to my individual requests and always replies quickly to any question we have. Very pleased with the service.
