Terrible service. The tech never showed during the three hour window. I called and asked if they were still coming. They lied and said they tried to call me the day before to confirm our appointment, they never did. But then the tech had to go out of the country this morning. Don't use them. Poorly managed business. Use someone else.

Andy’s team has been treating our carpet for years. The carpet is looking better than expected. Always on time and their work are of high quality. We’ll keep calling them!

this is my unforgettable experience in having my rugs cleaned because this is the first time i encountered such an excellent service from a cleaning company. from the start until the end, they were with me. plus, they cleaned and restored my rugs to its original status. grateful and thankful to this company!

Well, thankfully Andy rescued my carpets! They took it away and did a pet cleaning on the rug as well. Very happy with their work. I will absolutely be going to them with all of my carpet needs.

I’m very grateful for Andy and his crew cause they’ve been my go-to cleaning crew for a long time now and they have never once disappointed me with their work. Always cleaning the carpet and couches and not leaving any stains. That’s what you call quality service.

Can’t recommend this company. They quoted me over the phone for $166. I told them exactly how many rooms and number of stairs to be cleaned. They came when my wife was home and they tried to charge her $599. The tech said the original quote didn’t include shampoo. A $433 up charge from the quote is wild.

Sherine did an incredible job! We usually have two Pros, but Sherine worked alone. We had to cancel our previous clean (2 weeks earlier) because we installed a new kitchen floor. So, not only did she have extra work from us skipping a clean, but she had a lot of construction dust to deal with. I'm amazed she did such a thorough job working alone!

I have had MaidPro clean my house for almost a year now! My husband and I are so glad that Christen is back with MaidPro! Christen’s cleaning skills are supurb and the extra touches she adds are adorable! The best part about her, other than her cleaning skills, is how she treats our dog. Christen takes such good care of him while she is here, even bringing him treats and bones! Beware. Pretty terrible experience - charged almost $400 for a pretty small clean (we excluded all bedrooms), and I don’t even think the cleaners touched the kitchen counters (photo attached is from 1 quick wipe of the main part of the counter *right after* the alleged cleaning was done). There were only a few rooms to clean, 1 of which was the kitchen.

Thought this would be a good service based on the reviews, but that was not the case for us unfortunately

I love my experience with MaidPro. The Pro cleaners are personable, cheerful, efficient and make the rooms they clean shine. My current Pro cleaner, Sarah does a wonderful job with no fuss and with no inconvenience for me. The administrative staff is approachable, and eager to please. Definitely a five star experience!

We've been using MaidPro for months and they always do a fantastic job. Madison is so respectful of our home and does a great job. Communication is fantastic and if anything ever goes wrong, they do what they can to fix it. They are terrific!

I started using MaidPro in January to handle the cleaning of my condo. I'm pleased with how they respond and care about pleasing the customer. They know what I like and when the cleaner I had left to pursue education, they replaced her with one I absolutely love named Ann.

Ive been using MaidPro for about three months now. They send an email two days ahead of time to confirm the appointment and then I also get a text the day before confirming the arrival window. Usually two cleaners come, they are very thorough and do a great job. They always leave feedback forms or you can call and let them know if you have concerns. Cathy was here today and was great about switching up the order of rooms when I needed her to. So far we are really happy!

Maid Pro is the best I really don’t like anyone to clean my house but since I’m sick and unable to get it done MaidPro came to my rescue. I had Madison she is very professional and such a nice and caring person at the same time she comes in and starts right in and gets the job done and she does a excellent job. Everyone that I have spoken to or came in contact with from MaidPro were very professional and caring and that means a lot . I would with out a doubt recommend MaidPro to everyone I know.

Maid Pros came to my house for the first time this past Monday and they did a great job. Cathy and Rayanne worked together making sure all corners were covered. I had tried another cleaning service but felt they were just in a hurry to move on to the next house. A great experience with Maid Pros and I look forward to their next visit! Thank you!!!

Just started using MaidPro and it is such a treat. I now have my weekends back as I don't have to spend them cleaning. The Pros do a fantastic job and are very accommodating with special instructions. This week Heather was our Pro. We were so impressed she did the whole house herself and everything looked wonderful!

MaidPro has been an excellent service for our family!! I suffer from two chronic illnesses that involve daily pain and fatigue and cannot do the deep clean of my house that I want done every two weeks. But MaidPro sends my angel, Heather, and she cleans the house just like we like it!! She even cleans our bedroom first so I can then lay down if it is a pain day! We are always happy with the job she does-THANK YOU Heather!!
