We've been using Maid Pro for several years now and I’m very pleased with the service. Cathy is very professional and uses the top down method from the ceiling to the floor. She Is friendly and good with our dog in fact, he gets very excited when she comes over. Highly recommend Maid Pro.

It's always been amazing the amount of supplies your crew brings for cleaning my apartment. Zoey was no exception. Once set up, she did a tremendous job methodically going thru my unit, starting with the kitchen and ending up back in the foyer. Kudos to MaidPro and their team.

Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. The house is so clean! Plus she had to deal with my mouthy puppy most of the time. And she tried her hardest to make him stop. She was very patient. Great customer service! I would totally recommend her.

The actual cleaners vary a bit but they generally do a good job. It be nice to not have a different cleaner every time, but I understand that may be difficult to do for various reasons.

The real problem I have that I think is quite fixable is that I never know what time they’re going to show up until they knock on the door.

Yea they give you a 2 hour window, but it’s often inaccurate. The last few weeks they have actually texted me one time window while the appointment on their website says something completely different.

One cleaner told me that they actually don’t have the time windows, just two sets of houses divided into “morning” and “afternoon” and the time window is just guessing. I have no way to verify if that’s true or not.

I was also told I could request a call when the cleaner was on their way to at least have a bit of a heads up, which I did about two months ago, but I’ve never once gotten that call.

Anyway, overall happy with the service and still using them, just wish the scheduling was a bit more transparent.

Jennifer C. (Cleaner) from the Aston, PA office is AMAZING!!! She is insanely efficient with her cleans and also does the best work. A day later, I am looking at my floors and they still shine! Jennifer was able to get all the toddler grime off surfaces which is a huge battle I fight constantly. Jennifer was also incredible with said toddler and our dog. She felt instantly like a friend who came over to help me with the daunting task of keeping my house tidy. MaidPro is very professional. I am always happy with my cleaner even if it is not my normal cleaner. I appreciate the detail they take in cleaning my home. I have never had a problem but if I did, I am confident they would address it. I highly recommend

I hired maidPro for regular cleaning schedule. The workers were on time and punctual. Not only that but the work they preformed was second to none! I try to keep my house tidy but I don’t think I’d ever seen it so spotless.

Kathy at MaidPro is the best! She does an excellence job cleaning our entire house top to bottom. She pays attention to little details and our house looks great whenever she is done, but also she is efficient and it only takes her a few hours. We request her each time we get our house cleaned because she is so great!

We LOVE MaidPro Media!! Damian is the BEST cleaner we have ever had!! He has been our preferred cleaner for over a year now, and always does an incredible job. As two full time working parents in the health care field, we are completely exhausted by the time we get home. Every month we look forward to cleaning day, and Damian NEVER disappoints. Our girls also look forward to coming home to find the cute little surprises he leaves around the house for them.. they really got a kick out of this stuffie arrangement today. We absolutely love our pro, Ray! Our home is always spotless, but what really makes him special is the extra care and effort he puts in. He'll often arrange our kids' stuffed animals in fun ways which always brings a smile to their faces. He even leaves a special treat for our dog. Thoughtful, reliable, and detail-oriented—we couldn’t recommend Ray more highly!

Ms. Myria was an excellent person to have available to clean my residence. She was kind, respectful & wonderfully able to clean an area of my residence that needed attention - big time.
