What I really like about MaidPro is their consistency, attention to detail, and customer focus. I’ve been using them for about 2 years and have been very pleased. Crista does a great job and is very thorough. It’s so great to walk out of my home office to a very clean house.

I just moved to Delco a few months ago and found MaidPro. MaidPro has been a lifesaver for me with cleanings every two weeks. Gives me peace of mind knowing the house is clean without any effort on my part. Kathy is great. Very thorough and pays close attention to detail. Just a great experience..

Kathy was absolutely wonderful, through and professional. She even left my doggo treats!! I will definitely use them again and ask for Kathy to clean every single time. :)

Maid Pro was an awful experience. The team sent out did as little as they could to “fill” the time without cleaning. Floors were left un-cleaned and un-vacuumed. A manager was dispatched when I complained and got more done in one hour than the two-person team did in over three. I feel completely ripped off. My pictures don’t capture how woefully incomplete the work had been before the manger arrived. I recommend using a private person in the business. If you must use this franchise, ask for a manager to be part of the team.

The owner’s statement below is baseless. His response is the one that is harassing. Windows were part of the quote. My complaints were to management; I said nothing to either person on the team. I addressed my concerns with customer service and the manager who came to check. And while the owner did call and leave a voicemail, he did not take my return call nor call back. Do not use this company. Please check the Yelp reviews and you’ll see that others also had very negative experiences.

The pros that cleaned my house did a good job BUT dealing with the office was not good ! They wanted to charge me extra to mop my hardwood floors with my spin mop....The total amount for 2 cleanings on a small carriage house exceeded $600 !!! And charges are placed on your cc so you don't know .....PLUS they want you to tip them....They are under new management - I feel like I was taken total advantage of !!!!!

Definitely disappointed in Maid Pro. The work has been inconsistent, and a few times they have canceled the day I expect the cleaners to come to the house. Unfortunately I do not recommend if you want consistent and good cleanings.

I have been using MaidPro for about two months now. They are always very reliable and professional and will always follow up with you to get your feedback on your cleaning experience. This week, Christen cleaned for us and she did a fantastic job, especially with our master bath shower, which is a challenge. We live in an older home and it has a lot of unique issues. She did a wonderful job for us!

Over the past 10 years we’ve used several different cleaning services for our home. MaidPro outshines them all! They have a 49 point cleaning plan; after each cleaning a check list is provided detailing attention to each of these 49 items.
The MaidPro staff is competent, serious about their work, friendly, and professional. The two staff members who regularly attend to our house—Theresa and Amber—do a GREAT job.
Frankly, I’m not easily satisfied with the work of housekeepers. But, the service MaidPro provides is exceptional ... they’re simply THE BEST!

The owner is wonderful as well. After the first cleaning, she came by to make sure everything was done to my liking. Highly recommend!

Maddie, Danny, and Omaris do such a great job!! They always leave the house looking brand new. They are super thorough, but also very efficient with their time. They're super friendly too!! We've developed a rapport and chit chat about coffee, news, etc. Highly recommend!

Theresa, Madison, and Charlene came to our house for the first time yesterday and they did a great job! They were friendly, thorough, and very professional. We had just recently moved back into our house, so it was a little dustier than usual, and they definitely got it sparkling again! They were even so considerate and sweet to our cat! I would absolutely recommend Maid Pro to anyone looking for reliable and professional housecleaning services.
