As a frugal and cynical DIYer, I would like to acknowledge and thank Pro Tree Services LLC for excellent customer service and tree work. From my initial phone call right up to submitting this review, interactions via phone, in-person consultations, emails, and with the crew were all stellar: professional, empathic, clear, warm, honest. I strongly recommend Pro Tree Services LLC for all tree removal needs.

I did all of the hard work for you of finding the absolute best tree company in the area to give your hard earned money to. Not only were their prices very fair in relation to the stack of estimates that I got, but the level of work that Rich and the team did from the quote to the clean up was as good as it gets.

***UPDATE 5/2/22: Rich came back to give a current, thorough & mindful assessment of the trees for pruning. They scheduled me along w/ my neighbor who had to have a tree taken down. Thanks to front end team: Rich, Noah & Hunter! Virgil came out the day before to treat w/ fertilizer. He was thorough, professional, courteous & respectful of the property.Thanks Virgil! Big Day: pruning! Randy & Elmer & the crew came out & it was amazing! They were punctual, put down boards to protect the lawn, cut down my neighbor's maple and pruned my ash trees with such accuracy and respect for my property & my neighbors.They have respect for the trees too:) You can tell they love what they do and they do it well. I was blown away at what they did & how well orchestrated it was. They also cleaned it all up! Looked like nothing had happened unless you look at before & after pix. I'll post them. Thank you Randy! And the whole crew:) You guys are awesome.

I needed some large ash trees pruned & large piles of wood chipped and hauled. Got a flyer from ProTree, gave them a call & Rich came out the next business day to give me an estimate. Very professional assessment & reasonable price. The very next day Randy & crew came out, had all the woodpiles chipped & GONE in under an hour! And cleaned all of it up before they left😊Ashes are next, once they start to bud out & dead diseased areas can be better ID’d. ProTree is great! Professional, courteous, respectful of your time & property and very fair prices. I highly recommend!!!

Rich, Jose, and the team are absolutely wonderful. We had the big crane come out to remove multiple large damaged trees near our home. It's an exhilarating sight to see huge sections of trees floating through the air and getting processed. They did an awesome amount of work in ~4 hours. Super professional, took great care of the property, and very responsive to our special requests. Totally recommend them.

I could not say enough about the work completed by Protree Services! From the initial consultation with Rich, to the completion of the work, every step was done with care, was customer centric, and done with the highest level of professionalism! Well surpassed my expectations! Will certainly hire again for more work and routine maintenance.

We had removed one big tree + a few small ones. From the estimate visit, proposal communications to finishing the job, Pro Tree was professional, timely, reasonably priced. I will definitely use their service again.

Everything about the experience was great. From the initial visit through the completion of the job, everything went smoothly. Friendly and knowledgeable people. I actually learned more about my trees than I expected. I highly recommend.

These guys impressed me from start to finish on the whole job for us. We needed a dying and rotted tree removed underneath power lines in the back of our fenced-in back yard, which could be kind of a tricky job, but not for Pro Tree Services. They did a free estimate which came in at a better price than everyone else, easy and flexible scheduling, and quick to respond the whole way through. Their crews were professional, courteous, and QUICK. The tree removal and stump grinding happened over two appointments and they spent maybe a total of 30 minutes in my yard between the two of them, and each day they left our yard as clean as it was before they were there. Now it looks like we never even had the tree! Would highly recommend.

I have used Pro Tree for many projects over the past 5 years. Today they removed two huge silver maples that we had growing since we moved in 44 years ago. Sad to say they became a real concern being so close to our house but we suspected that the upper section had rotted from a previous pruning that wasn’t sealed. We had heavy woodpecker activity and when a huge limb fell in our yard in May we know we had to take them down for the safety of our family and house. Rich and his crew did an amazing job since they had to use a huge crane to lift the sections over our house. All went without hitch.

I was very happy with the job Pro Tree did. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Rich was awesome - he was always available to talk to, and gave a fair price. He took the time to explain everything. The crew was prompt, and they came when they said they would. They were friendly and efficient - they did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything. Matt and his crew were great. I very much appreciate their skills and knowledge!

ProTree did an excellent job of pruning my elm tree today. The team was exemplary — skilled, professional and efficient in completing their work. ProTree arborist, Rich, provided expert advice on the best time to prune the elm and the recommended approach to maintain the overall health of the tree. I highly recommend ProTree to anyone needing professional tree services done.

Our experience with Pro Tree was fantastic. Our sales person, Rich, was extremely nice and knowledgable. He took the time to discuss options and set clear expectations of the process. We also dicsussed some other trees on our property to keep an eye on.

Ultimately, we had 8 trees removed: a very large hickory, a dead blue spruce, and some very overgrown cedars. The crew that arrived was nothing less than surgical in their processes. It was amazing to watch them work. At the end of the day, they thoroughly cleaned up their work areas and the logs were taken the following day.

About 7 business days after the trees were cut down, another crew came to grind out the huge hickory stump. They chased the roots a good 3-4 feet and blended out the hump in our front yard where the tree once existed. We opted to not have the other stumps ground as they're smaller and something I can handle on my own.

As expected, there will be some work on my end to grow grass in the area the tree existed and revive the surrounding area where equipment needed to be driven on the yard, but nothing major.

I will confidently use Pro Tree again in the future for two more large trees on our property.

ProTree was recommended to us by another tree company and we are so glad we went with them. They had the proper equipment and expertise. Rich was great to work with setting up the estimate and the price was fair. Jose and his crew along with Mike, the crane operator, were excellent. They showed up on time, were respectful of our property, and left it cleaner then they found it. They will be my go to guys for any further tree work.

Professional service at a reasonable price! PROTREE exceeded my expectations. They are knowledgeable, professional and their workmanship was excellent. Rich, the arborist, knew exactly what needed to be done to our street trees, which fall under the jurisdiction of the municipality. I will definitely be a repeat customer and have told my neighbors about the good experience I had.

The second time we used Protree for a huge tree. We cannot be more pleased with the job/ service etc. Matt was the supervisor on our job and they came and had the tree down quickly and efficiently . Every worker seemed to know their job!!! Highly recommend if you need tree service!

Excellent service!! Needed a massive willow tree removed and I was so impressed by how quick and thorough they were. They guys were all pleasant and had smiles on their faces the whole time - they really seemed to enjoy their work. They made sure everything was to our liking when they left, did great on the clean up and we received follow up phone calls to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend 10/10.

We've worked with Pro Tree a couple times and they always do a great job. They removed two big trees from behind our house, and had the job done in 1 day. Had to come over top of the house using a crane and did it safely.

Arrived several minutes early (!) - the crew was efficient, polite and did a fantastic job. Other than our trees looking much better, you would never know they were there. They cleaned up and were gone in less than two hours! Highly recommend.

Rich is an amazing professional—knowledgeable and punctual. He arrived on time to provide a walk-through of the property and gave me an estimate after I approved it. The team came out within a few days and completed the job to perfection; The cleanup was impeccable as well. I highly recommend calling them first if you need any type of tree work or even just some advice. 🙂
