The ac unit wasn’t blowing cold air, a crew showed up only a few hours after I called and within minutes diagnosed the issue then replaced the capacitor. We were back to normal in no time, very impressed/pleased and we even signed up for the annual maintenance package for the AC unit/ furnace. Thank you very much

The tech that came out for service was incredibly knowledgeable and corrected a persistent problem with our furnace even though he was only there for a general check up. I described the issue and he knew immediately how to correct it. Excellent service and very professional.

We came home on a Sunday after a long weekend away to find our home at 48 degrees. The furnace was out. We called Homer Nine, who put us in touch with a technician in 5 minutes, and he was here within a half hour. We had heat in another half hour. Technician was pleasant and extremely helpful.

A technician from Homer Nine and Sons conducted a heating system check, ensured all items were in good working order and reported our system to be ready for the upcoming winter season. The technician was extremely professional and communicated the results in a way I could understand.

Furnace stopped working during cold weather blast. Called Homer 9 at 8 AM (my thermostat was reading 40 degrees). Their tech arrived before 11 AM and had the repair completed by 1 PM. We couldn’t be happier with their service. Especially considering the company I reached out to originally never showed for the scheduled appointment. Homer 9 will be my first call from now on.

After installing my furnace I had water in my cellar when it got cold due to Homer Nine not lining my chimney. I call to report this and the guy HOMER NINE sent 1st wanted to shut my gas off! He said because of CO2 I have several CO2 detector in my house I said then he just mumbled and shuddered. A month later after talking to 2 furnace company and 2 plumbers all stated HOME NINE should’ve lined the chimney with the furnace install! I called Homer Nine multiple times and they really gave me the run around. I have since discovered they charge much more than any one else! Then I called to just get a new Hot Water tank asking about the chimney liner $2000 was the quote. Then the supposedly main guy came he said he would make it right… well after days he got back to me with a quote of $3000 is that making it right? Only for HOMER NINE to make more money- they are like dealing with car service dealerships! HORRIBLE! I would give a zero if I could. GO to someone else to buy a furnace! You will get it at a better price and done correctly! I’ll add photos soon!

Homer Nine and Sons installed a new air-conditioner in our home and so far so good. They were on time, very nice and friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Even bringing chocolates!!! A wonderful little much appreciated treat I enjoyed very much. Everything looks great and can't wait for hot weather to use the fresh new unit.

I'm sure glad I pay to have a twice yearly inspection of my HVAC system! David was here yesterday and had to replace a faulty motor that was allowing condensation to form. This could have caused a major problem that might have destroyed the whole system.

Chase was my technician today. Like every other Homer 9 and Sons technicians I have had over the years, he was prompt and professional. Just had my furnace serviced and I am so happy. It was quick, easy, and very professional. Told me everything he did, what to expect, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

Service tech was DJ and he was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything he did. Sales may make the initial sale but service people like DJ will keep you as a customer !!

The motor in our furnace blew up when it was zero outside. Homer nine went out of their way to find me a motor and install it as quickly as possible. All their employees were great and Shelly is an angel.
