Very accommodating! Did a great job. I was notified right before they came along with a picture so that I would know who to expect. Very, very pleased with their service! I will certainly use them again.

My furnace went cold on a Saturday morning, and even with a heavy case load for the day due to extreme cold they had me on the schedule. They were wonderful to work with, asking direct questions and explaining the process. Great diagnostic approach. They didn't have the part on hand, but was able to get it from their shop and return fixing my furnace in one day. Very satisfied with the service.

Absolutely amazing experience! We had multiple people try and help us over the phone prior to sending someone out to save us money. Unfortunately our problem wasn’t an easy fix. But we had someone to our house very quickly to help. I absolutely love how they send a text message with information about the employee coming to the house, including hobbies, likes, family, etc. It makes it a very personal interaction and really helps make you feel comfortable in a frustrating time. Highly recommend!!

I live in Beaver and Homer has always been reliable, consistent, and professional. I really like that whenever they are sending someone to your house, you actually get a text message that tells you a little bit about the person and their education and professional credentials, and it provides a very high-quality headshot of them. It’s a personal touch but also a professional one that lets you know they value, transparency and quality. Every one of their technicians has been polite, well presented, and very knowledgeable. Every time I call them, they pick up the phone and they work hard to get you on the schedule as fast as possible.

DJ was on time, knowledgeable and extremely thorough in servicing our furnace. He easily detected our problem and fixed it. During the check up he found some issues that had never been addressed and even replaced a functioning but discolored hose at my request. I recommend Homer Nine without reservation.

We had our furnace serviced and the found a issue and we had to replace it. They were able to schedule us quickly. They showed up when they said they would. It was finished in a day. The technicians were friendly and explained how everything was done

Our furnace stopped working overnight and when I called Homer Nine and Sons Inc right when they opened, Tammy was very nice and helpful. She was able to get us on their schedule and within a few hours, Thomas Williams showed up and got right to work. He was very respectful of our house and informed us of his findings and explained what might have happened. He was able to acquire a new heat exchange and motor and have it fixed within the same day! We will definitely be using their services in the future if we need it!

Recently had Homer 9 install a hot water tank and after inspection they confirmed that I did need the replacement. They scheduled me for installation very quickly and technician Raymond arrived as scheduled and answered many of my questions with his expertise , he quickly removed and replaced my tank with ease. I did appreciate how neat and precise he was with the process and I was up and running in no time. I have heard how excellent Homer 9 is and they didn't disappoint. Thank's to Tammy for walking me through the process. From first conversation through installation Homer 9 is so professional and knowledgeable about what's needed for a great job !!! Thank's again !
