We are so happy with the work done by Above All Chimney. Our chimney and fireplace had never been maintained and needed “the works.”

They gave us a sensible and honest estimate and inspection, illustrating all the work they called for with pictures from inside and out of the chimney and fireplace.

They then completed stone pointing and some minor brick repair, installed both a chimney cap and brand new damper, and then came back to waterproof our masonry.

Great work. We have been using Above All for at least 10 years for both my fireplace and heating unit. Kathy and her team notified me when they were to arrive, kept the area clean, made suggestions for maintaining the fireplace. Highly recommend.

I had a hole at the top of my fireplace chimney for about five years (several attempts at patching it by others failed). It seemed like it was just a small hole, but apparently it doesn't take much for lots of rain to find its way in every time there is a significant storm! I finally realized there was no other option than to replace the entire chase cover cap, which is not inexpensive. I got several estimates, and Above All gave me the best quote – by far. They used top-notch materials. Plus they never tried to upsell me with unexpected add-ons, a problem I've encountered numerous times with other contractors doing other work I've had done on my house over the years. Kathy and her crew were all very friendly, and they did exemplary work installing the new cap. I dealt mostly with Taylor at their office over the phone when I was trying to set this up, and I have to say she is absolutely the most pleasant and helpful front person I've ever encountered at any business in my entire life. I seldom write reviews, but I had to write one here!

YESTERDAY. TECHNITIAN CALL ME PRIOR TO APOINTMENT TIME I ASK TIME TO COME AT MY PROPERTY THEY POOLED THEIR VAN BEHIND ME. THEY INTRODUCE THEM TO ME . THEY PLACE CLOTH ON FLOOR AND DID THEIR ISPECTION OF CHINEY & EXPLAIN ME WHAT IS TO BE DONE IN FUTURE TO PROTECT BLUE TUBE. & EXPLAIN ME WHY CLEANING IN NEAR FUTURE.NEEDED. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE , PROMPT & CURTIOUS ANSWER TO ALL MY QUESTIONS SATISFACTORLY.

We scheduled a fireplace cleaning and inspection with Above All Chimney & Masonry in Dec 2024. Kathy and Tom arrived promptly and went right to work, ensuring that our floors and hearth were properly covered and protected. They completed the cleaning and also performed a comprehensive internal and external inspection of all components of our fireplace and chimney. Kathy provided me with pictures and videos of areas of concern and was very informative and patient as I had many questions.
