Above All Chimney went above and beyond. I had someone come out to inspect my heater. They found out that my chimney was collapsing. I called Above All and they came out the very next day! They were all very nice and do great work. The clean up was great. I wouldn't even have known they were here. I definitely recommend them!

Expect a high level of courtesy, respect for your property and professionalism. Rich gets the work done quickly, without sacrificing a quality job. He will offer cost alternatives if a chimney/flue restoration is required, along with full explanations of what’s involved in the work. I like that he relied on photographic evidence (before & after pics) to inform his opinions of the work necessary to properly complete the work-that he happily shared with us.

Cathy’s expertise installing a flue liner and new smoke pipes to the boilers and hot water heaters was most impressive. Lucky I found this place! I had an emergency with a dead.. something that fell in my chimney and they came right away and professionally removed and installed a permanent cap to prevent this from happening. The team was very thorough and professional, helped delicately remove things for me and fair prices. I would use again for anything chimney related.

The company told me they would show between 8-9 am. Checked my phone and saw I had a missed call from them at 9:44am. I called them back at 9:47am. They told me they’re going to another appointment and they can stop back for me at 11am. 11:30am comes around and no one shows. I called the office and they said it’ll be another 45 minutes. So i canceled. So unprofessional. Never again will i use them.

We contacted Rich at Above All after being told we needed expensive and unnecessary repairs by a chimney repair company associated with our oil company. Rich came to our house the next day, despite the fact that our house was outside of their service area. He was professional, honest and reassuring. The crew he sent to do the repairs that were actually needed were professional, highly skilled, polite and meticulous in cleaning any area they worked in at the end of each day. We had our chimney tied to the house, the stucco redone, the interior coated with fire shield cement and a lock-top damper installed. We felt the workmanship and improvements were well worth the price.

I needed a chimney clean and inspection. We just moved into a house and I was not sure how good the chimney was and wanted a clean prior to lighting fires. I called another company first and had the appointment set up, they canceled due to an emergency and rescheduled for the next day. At 4 PM the next day I called them and they didn’t think they would be able to make it. So I called Above All. There was a crew at me house at the time promised the next day. The crew was extremely polite, professional and got the job done. They pointed out some items that needed attention, but told me I should be fine to have fires in the fireplace. I immediately called my daughter and provided her with the contact info for Above All. Great people and they get the job done. Thank you for a great job

I contacted Above-All because I had water coming in around my chimney. Richard assured me that repointing the brickwork, reshaping the chimney crown, and applying sealants would solve the problem. When water continued to penetrate during heavy rains, Richard asserted that it must be because the roof and flashing were faulty. Following his lead, I had a complete reroofing job done, stripped to the wood, new shingles, new flashing, everything. Still leaking. When I informed Richard he said that, in spite of the “110% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE” document he gave me, there was no warranty on his work. He insisted that his work had been done right and he refused to even come out and look at the situation without an upfront payment of $175, on top of the $2050 I already paid. Throughout, Richard was defensive, evasive, belligerent, and utterly unhelpful, unwilling to concede that his work had been shoddy and incomplete, in spite of clear and abundant photographic evidence.

I had to hire another company, recommended by the roofer, to redo everything I had already paid Above-All to do, so I paid for the same repair twice. At last my chimney is leak proof, no thanks to Richard and Above -All.

Recently hired this company for work on my chimney and some overdue masonry correction needed - wonderful staff who went above and beyond explaining my issues and detailing the resolution. Reasonably priced for outstanding quick work. Would definitely recommend.

Our foundation failed on our fireplace contracted Rich and crew . The company is outstanding from office staff to owner and crew. The owner Rich and crew worked efficiently on a daily basis. They tore down the old chimney and cut out parts of brick on house fascia that needed repair. Repaired all beautifully. Rich addressed all questions and concerns througho the ut the job. He was on site daily. Thank you to Jimmy ,Toni and other workers as well. This is an excellent company .

I have used Above All several times over the years for my chimney cleaning and I’ve always been happy with their service. The technicians are friendly, punctual, and get the job done effectively and quickly, respecting both my time and theirs. They showed me an area that will need attention in the future, but were also willing to let me know how I could extend the life of that area. I appreciated the advice and didn’t feel like I was being pushed into another service.

We had our flue lined, chimney re-pointed and a new damper installed. Jimmy and crew were punctual, professional and did an excellent job.

We were very happy to be able to schedule the repair within weeks of our inspection.
