Great company! I work 14 hours a day 6 days a week and things I have to do sometimes get overlooked (like checking the oil tank) well we ran out of oil! I called at 1230 on a Friday and by 2 they showed up to fill the tank. Thank you

I’ve been using this company for a little while now and I have to say they have been GREAT. Fast deliveries. Decent pricing over all. Just yesterday There was a mixup Regarding my fuel delivery, I had called their company on a Friday after they were closed and left a message and they immediately called me back. They rectified the situation & everything was good to go by the following morning. I really appreciated that.

Our experience with this fuel company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. We contacted them to request an in home estimate for an oil tank, as our situation was not a standard one that could be properly assessed over email. Despite explaining this multiple times, they repeatedly insisted that they only provide estimates electronically and seemed uninterested in hearing why our circumstances required an in person visit.

They finally agreed to schedule an appointment to come to our home. However, the day of the appointment came and went with no visit and no phone call. I was also told by Lisa that I would be receiving a phone call from her and never did. When I reached out to ask what had happened, I was told (by her) that our appointment had been canceled because she assumed I no longer wanted to do business with them—something I never said or implied.

Throughout our interactions, the staff appeared dismissive and impatient, often trying to end the conversation quickly rather than listening to our concerns. Initially, my mother called on our behalf given our careers as we could not call during hours to gather info on estimates, and rather than showing understanding, the representative (Lisa) became defensive and even criticized my mother’s involvement, explaining that she made a “mess of things” and “complained that someone was rude to” me. Lisa claimed I had said no one was rude to me—which she never even asked me about my experience. The entire exchange felt unprofessional and quite frankly disrespectful.

Overall, this company made us feel like an inconvenience rather than potential customers. It was very clear that they didn’t want our business. Their lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy was deeply frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how they conduct business this way, but based on our experience, I would not recommend them to anyone seeking reliable or respectful service.

They left me and my young kids without heat in the cold. Boiler was running funny, they came late after their scheduled time, then broke my boiler and left. told me to Google boiler repair near me for a other company since they didn't have a replacement part. When I called another company, they said the tech that came had more than enough time to go to parts store before they closed. Said they did me a favor by not charging a service fee.

BEST OIL DELIVERY COMPANY! If they don't come within an hour they usually come that day great customer service great delivery guys I've used many companies this company is the only one that I would take the time to give a great review to very very happy

i have been a customer f bucks county fuel for about 10 years - service is always excellent and the prices are always great. in additon to buying oil, i have them service my heaters. they came out today and the technician mike couldn't have been a nicer and more professional guy. it is a pleasure to do business with this company. great people / great service.

Bucks County Fuel is the best fuel company out there. They are kind and courteous! They really do care about their customers. I had a delivery today and there was a mix up and Lisa handled it with professionalism and the best care!! All the workers are very nice!! Mark and Dodie are the owners and they are just as caring!! I've used Bucks County Fuel for a few years since I moved to the area. Their customer support team is amazing. Prices are very competitive. Last winter, I stupidly forgot to check my levels and they were able to schedule someone to come over the same day. Great company to work with!

Brian, our service technician, not only filled our tank but also helped us prime and restart it. That is truly above and beyond. Reliable, professional, and amazing to work with.
