This is Christina’s review, from Norristown. Amazing amazing job!! My ac and heating system was so dirty and hard to get to, but he made a way and got the job done. The duct guy and his team cleaned up everything and was kind, great customer service. Would definitely recommend if your really clean person, and don’t like strangers in your house, these professionals cover their shoes before they came in and when the step outside they took them off, came back in put the covers back on. Awesome it’s the small things, treating your house as they would they own. Thank you kindly for your service.

Had my dryer vent cleaned yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the results! The technicians were prompt, professional and thorough in their work. I love this company and look forward to using them again. They definitely left my dryer vent and duxtwork in better shape than how they found it!

They corrected several errors left behind by a previous contractor, and the difference is night and day. My 30 year old furnace dies so I went shopping and got estimates. Energy star was far below the others in cost. They removed the
Old unit and had the new furnace in and operating the next day. They were very professional and really made sure we
Knew how to care for the new unit. Our case is kind of unusual in that we have steam heat and required a bit more work than we thought. Wonderful bunch and we will be sure to call you first.

I have used Energy-Star a couple of years now. Just had them out again memorial day weekend about my c/a unit not blowing cool air. To my surprise they came out right away, even on a holiday weekend. I had a new HVAC system installed last year and for the second time now it stopped working. Service man came out this morning at 10 am and told me what was wrong and that he’ll have to go get the part. Told him ok just keep me updated, 7:30 pm I call the office asking if they were coming back today and I was told no they had to order the part. I have three children, one with physical disability and two with medical disabilities and no were going on two nights without AC in the summer. Unprofessional organization do not use them!

Absolutely First Rate, Just had an extensive retrofit from Oil Furnace and baseboard heat to Electric Heat Pump with Electric Backup, Tankless Hotwater Heater, Central Air, and whole house Air Cleaner. The Air cleaner was a last minute add on. The installation was difficult for them to say the least because of the house layout and construction.. The installation crew was professional, courteous, on time and I would not hesitate one second to recommend Energy Star to anyone. They took care of everything and since we were in the midst of a heatwave, they loaned us a portable air conditioning unit so we could sleep at night which was actually strong enough to cool off 3 rooms. All of the old baseboard heaters and radiators were drained and removed with minimal debris which they cleaned up as they went along. The Installation crew cleaned up everything when they were done after each day and at the end of the installation they went back through and cleaned again. The office staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. The entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Everyone at Energy Star made the entire installation and process very efficient and pleasant. This is a first rate HVAC company and they have my business for many years to come.

I have never written a review before, but there is a first time for everything. I have a new born baby in my home and to my surprise my heating unit went out on a very cold night. I called energy star service, they responded quickly. Justin was right on time, and fixed my problem asap. We recently contracted with Energy Star Services to replace our Heater, Air Conditioning System & Hot Water Heater. We could not ber more pleased with the services that we have received. The crew was there when expected and did an outstanding job. Drop cloths were in place before any equipment was moved and clean up, after the fact, was amazing. if not for the new equipment being in place (and working well) we might not have known that anyone was there. I would STRONGLY recommend Josh and his team to anyone seeking HVAC or other services

I was impressed with the service provided when installing my new energy star air conditioner. Ryan and brandon were the technicians that came out
They were professional, courteous, answered all sorts of questions, helped us install an app to control our air conditioner from our phones, and removed all the debris from our old air conditioner. I was told it would take about 8 hours. Ryan and brandon finished it in 6. The unit itself looks nice and cooled the house very quickly. If the service of ryan and brandon reflects energy star as a whole, then this company has nothing in mind but the customer.

Steve was on time, courteous, professional. The part for my repair was expensive but that's nobody's fault. The repair was completed quickly and I am now up and running my heater again. Couldn't have had a better experience. I would definitely use this company and technician in the future!

Justin was quick and prompt and thorough with his work! Our heater wasn't blowing out any air and he came and checked the heater and saw it was a minor issue. He correctly the issue and had our heat back on and running in no time. Thanks to Justin for his friendliness, service, and knowledge!

Hydronic heating system shutting down continuously. Tech from Energy Star Services came to the rescue. Russ was very very professional and gave me the best value for my money. Russ did not just go and said we had to replace any component in the boiler, he meticulously went over every electrical component until he narrow the issue to 2 possible repairs; then he picked the one he thought was the most likely cause for the boiler to shut down continuously. So far the system is working fine. Russ could have chosen the most expensive part to replace and come back to replace the other part later; he did not, RUSS is a VERY HONEST person/tech. I wish we could find more honest techs like Russell S. in the industry. I will call them again if I need any service. Great job Russ and Energy star services inc.

Justin was awesome. He came to my Mother's house and found out the issue quickly and in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient and didn't mind explaining over and over again what the issue was and what needed to be done. If we every have a problem again Energy-Star will be are first call.

During the extreme heat of 90 plus degree weather my central air unit was not blowing any cold air. Energy star saved the day. They resolved the issue immediately and with extremely reasonable prices! Josh and his associates are very professional and knowledgeable in their line of work. Highly recommended!
