Another great maintenance visit with Mike Reichart of Dilling. I when I scheduled my winter service with Nicole, I found my maintenance contract was expired. Dilling has maintenance contracts for one, two and four years; I renewed with a four year contract which services my heater, central air and now water heater, as well as flushing my water heater annually. Mike was extremely thorough in servicing my heating system including reviewing my interior duct work, my heater, my water heater, my UV lighting equipment and flushing my water heater. Mike added cleaning to my duct work and vents to my spring services at my request, as I have allergies and cleaning the duct work helps in the household air. Mike stated he didn't think it required cleaning until a few years down the road; I truly appreciate his honesty and not trying to be a "salesman" in trying to sale services. In fact, I have found the whole company has this virtue. They all have recommended future services keeping in mind thier customers needs. This company and each employee makes me feel like I am family and takes care of me as such which is why I chose the four-year contract of $1000. If you want a honest and trustworthy company who works for their customers then Dilling Heating and Cooling is "your guy". I am more than pleased with this company, I am truly thankful.

Had a service call today from Austin Geller. This young man provided the most pleasant service call experience. He arrived in a very timely manner, diagnosed the problem with my furnace/air conditioner fan and replaced the defective part. In regards to my air conditioner seasonal start up service he again diagnosed a problem and ordered the necessary part. Installation has been scheduled. Austin is such a pleasant young man: personable, efficient and is extremely informative as to what issues are, how to correct issues and he completes necessary work in a very timely manner. One of the most pleasant service calls I have ever experienced Dilling; this young man is a definite positive team member for your firm

Called Dilling on a Saturday at 12:00 and they were at my home by 1:00. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to fix my air conditioner in an emergent situation, during a heat wave. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed.

Very happy with the installation of our new Bryant heat pump today. Pleasure working with John Lodise to help us pick a quality unit that met our needs and budget. The install team were professional and considerate. Explained aspects of care for the unit and thermostat and cleaned up and hauled away all remnants of our old 27 year unit. We look forward to maintaining our new heat pump with this company who we highly recommend.

Dilling Heating and Cooling is top notch! They cleaned my homes air ducts so thoroughly. I have two young kids and wanted to ensure the air were filtering through the home is as clean as it can be, the dust and debris that removed was gross lol I highly recommend this duct service, I am so happy I did it. the technicians Kevin & John are amazing, they’re great with kids too! They explained the entire process, even found a section of ducts that wasn’t fully connected .. it wasn't just an average HVAC service, it was a great experience too! Looking forward to John & Kevin coming back in the fall to clean them again!

When I tell you these people are the best from your first call until….They have been nothing but awesome, respectful, responsive and honest!! They just did my new central air! My husband and I are so happy we decided to go with them!! Jody who answers the phone is amazing the tech Franko who came out to do our work was wonderful he did an awesome job he was here on time and even got done early he was very respectful to my home! He did an amazing job as far as the wiring and things it looks great! The first guy that came out to give us an estimate was wonderful also I believe his name is John very professional! Thank you Dillings heating and cooling you’ve been nothing but GREAT from the first call until now!!

My experience with this company has been nothing short of fantastic!! I had 2 mini split ductless units put in a couple weeks ago. When I ever I needed help with something, Nicole from the office was fabulous. The technician Austin went above and beyond for me. He is an awesome tech With this awesome company. If there was 10 stars, I would definitely give it to them.

Love the work done! Justin, Tray and John was very professional. They informed me of the steps ahead and as they go along. They showed respect to the property, with there shoe covering and clean up well after the job was done. They were on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

The Dilling team installed 2 heat pumps, each 3 zones. The work was completed in 4 days. All nice guys, professional, kind, good communication, fine craftsmanship and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to work with my wife to figure out the cleanist possible routing with minimal external piping. There was a problem with one of the heat pumps and a technician arrived the very next day and fixed it within an hour. Excellent service throughout the project.

Dilling HVAC is the best HVAC company I’ve ever used. They were fast and responsive, gave me a good price and financing on a high efficiency Amanda furnace, and Ryan did a superb job of installation. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I had to replace my central HVAC system in the middle of winter, and this company was fantastic from start to finish. They responded quickly, offered fair pricing with no pressure or hard sales, and had a crew out the very next day. The technicians were professional, protected my floors and walls during the install, and left the area spotless afterward.

The installation was efficient and very clean—everything looked well put together with no sloppy work. They even helped me out with another system I had questions about.

I recently got the news that the boiler was dead. When all companies called, including my 18 year contacted company could not get to me for 4-5 days, Dilling H/C showed up the same day I called and I had an estimate that evening. I live in a 140 year old home and I am quite specific on the type of workmanship I look for in my service techs. Mike Prue, the master plumber and installer and his apprentice Ben were outstanding. The work was impeccable, I have not had anyone work on any system in our historic home with that amount of knowledge and caring to not only get the job done, but to take the time to make it neat and leave it better than he found it. I have had the pleasure of working with a few people I would call "Craftsman" on this home and I consider him in that elite group....Thanks Mike - Great job!

Overpriced! The tech guy came and charged me $95 just to tell me why my furnace wasn’t working & handed me an estimate of $1000 for a gas valve replacement to get done next day leaving us in a cold house. I got it done for $200 from somewhere else. The valve cost me $78 and labor was $120.
