There is a worker by the name Jake who came out There was repetitive calls backs but nothing was solved with him coming out to my home he was very passive aggressive and rude and also very nasty as soon as he came out he kept talking about my body and how good I looked even tho me telling him to please stop . I will never book here again or recommend . Even tho I know the job was 69 dollars I paid over 1000 dollars

CJ was very thorough with my fall tune up. Took the time to listen to my concerns and answered my questions about my heating and AC system. Very professional and cleaned up and took the used filters with him for trash. Very conscientious.

The tech was professional and did a good job answering any questions I had, and did a good job with the tune up, oil filter change, etc. Id definitely ask for the same guy next time, Seemed like a fair price to me as well .

Region Home Services did a great job, start to finish! Devon was very good at explaining how my system works and all my options to replace it. He even lent us a portable AC unit to keep us cool until our new system was installed.
Install day went smooth, with Dimitri and Chris working 5 straight hours to get the job done. They had a great routine down and cleaned up great when they were done. I would absolutely use Region Home Services again.

Lovely customer service by their office staff setting up an appointment immediately for the next day for an HVAC inspection. They called and said they were available sooner which made my schedule even better for the day. Service Technician was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. Our 1940s colonial with cedar shake siding and deteriorating brick stoops (front and side) was transformed into a stunning suburban “farmhouse” by the extremely skilled professionals at Region Home Services.

Region installed a new Amana hvac unit in my home and I am very pleased with it. They were patient with my questions and made sure that I understood everything. A month after installation there was a return visit to check that everything was working properly. Would recommend highly.

We have been using Regional Home Service since 2016, due to the old owners used them. They have been exceptional over the years with fall/spring maintenance.
This year during our spring maintenance the technician found a leak, had his supervisor come the following day to confirm. Devon showed and explained everything to us , and we did need a new HAVC. Let's just say...you have a new customer!!! We found Region Home Services on a door knocker left at our house. We came home today and it was 60degrees.
