Throughout the renovation Jake and his team of skilled artisans transformed our home while keeping me informed of the process. Region was excellent to work with from start to finish. They re-sided our home & replaced windows. They did incredible work, everything looks fantastic & I am confident the work was done well.

Jake & his team were so knowledgeable, patient & helpful in guiding us to make decisions to kick the project off. They were very communicative throughout this process & made this big job rather painless. The crew at our home was tidy, super efficient & kind. Overall, a great value. As a new home owner, Region has set the bar very high for the type of partners we intend to work with!

It's been cold outside, real cold outside. My heater (a gas furnace) is older than my children and decided to make some odd noises while trying to keep the house warm and toasty.

I called these guys first thing in the AM and they were out in only a short while to diagnose the issue. They were able to get the part and put my mind at ease.

Everyone I dealt with (3 people) were awesome, polite, and attentive.

5 stars and I intend on using these guys as my go-to for HVAC services.

My experience was awesome they were the only company that took my call during this winter freeze. I call 20 different companies and no response. My first call they pickup and came out right away to fix my heater. I was very lucky and thankful for region home services.

Just had a new water heater, new heating unit and new central air conditioner unit installed by Region Home Services from Bensalem. Couldn't be happier with their work!! Bill and Devon (the owners), Emily and Caitlin (the office workers) and Dimitri and Matt (the installers) were all top notch!! Professional and courteous, clean and efficient and sooo nice. Would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs!! Also, a big shout out to C.J., the tech who usually comes out to do our inspection every 6 months!! You guys are all the best!!

I had a new HVAC system (forced air heat and central a/c) installed by Devon and his company about 6 weeks ago. I did a lot of research about manufacturers and dealers before making my decision. Being a business owner myself, I wanted to make sure that I made the best, most informed decision possible. It is a major purchase. I decided on Region Home Services and I am completely satisfied with the equipment (Amana) and Region. They installed both units in one day, showed up on time, worked cleanly, and explained everything fully. A few days later, Devon came back out to check over everything and went over the operation with my wife and I again. They are a family owned business, like mine, and it shows in the quality of the equipment they use and the work they perform. I highly recommend Region Home Services, and Devon, without reservation, for all HVAC needs.

Region was great. They were efficient in setting the appointment, reminding me about it the day before and day of via text, and they even sent a picture of the HVAC technician before he came over, which is a good safety measure. Speaking of, my technician CJ was awesome. He cleaned my boiler and radiators, he educated me on temperature and shared some mechanism info with me. He was quick, knowledgeable, and honest. Also, I got a great introductory price, to boot. Highly recommend Region 👌.

Installers were terrific replacing my whole system. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. They were highly professional and personable and explained everything well and fairly priced.

Technician Dave from Region Home Service diagnosed my heat pump since it was continuously calling the aux and compressor wasn’t running. Within minutes he was able to fix the same. They arrived at a very short notice and saved me as I was worried with the upcoming inclement weather in a couple days.

There isn't really anything negative that I can say about this company. I am really glad that I found them. From start to finish, everything was on point. Their attention to details is precise. Nothing was wrong with our project, except for the little something that came from the custom skylights. And that wasn't a huge deal either.

Devon, Katelyn, Jake, Emily, Maurice, and the entire installation crew... they were all so professional and personal at the same time. They all answered my questions and concerns with great patience, which is wonderful because I can be a hard person to please when it comes to big projects. The team was so thorough, so now it makes sense for the lack of communication. Meaning, I would rather have them call with detailed updates instead of calling without anything new.

We've had a lot of projects done to our house since 2022. Out of all of them, I'd have to say that the roofing project is the one that I am most happy with... and Region made that experience even happier! Lots of love and smiles for this company and their entire team!!!

Service and installation was great Dave knows what he’s doing and set me at ease with his level of care and quality of work. I had an issue with my furnace pipe as it was corroded and leaking fumes into the house. He identified it and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. He also performed a furnace tuneup and was very detailed on his work.

Van 175 almost caused an accident on Rockwell ave in Philadelphia so he could be one space ahead at the red light; was on his phone not paying attention and driving recklessly

trying to merge on route 55 in NJ, truck number 221 proceeded to speed past me forcing me onto the shoulder even though I had plenty of clearance to merge in. Turns out the guy was distracted eating his Wawa breakfast sandwich.
