I found Dilling a couple years ago. We can always depend on them to get us through emergency situations. They are pretty much family. I highly recommend Pasha! They always go over and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. There was a crazy amount of icy snow outside, but that didn't stop Pasha from ice climbing up our driveway like a champ to save us from freezing to death. LoL They even had videos to help explain the more complicated processes, which I really appreciated. Shoutout to John! Always just a phone call away providing incredible support to everyone in need. We appreciate you!

Michael and Pasha are outstanding. I have worked with a lot of technicians and various contractors and Dilling is easily one of the best. Michael and Pasha immediately put me at ease because they are so friendly and knowledgeable. (And funny!) I got a quick estimate of what was needed and was able to book them with no issues. Nicole, the office manager, is also so friendly and made the whole process so easy. (I also appreciate the way you can see, on a map, when they will arrive at your house.) I will definitely hire Dilling again for any issues I might have. Thanks!

My Day started off with Tim and Franco showing up very much on time. Chase Lopez I initially dealt with popped in to over see installation. They were very efficient and respectful to any questions I had throughout the installation. They left the areas where the installation was done immaculately clean. There craftsman ship was exceptional .I am very impressed with the installation and the patience take to set up my thermostat pairing to my Devices . Dilling Heating and Cooling is the place you want to do business with. The price is right, great equipment for the value.

This was my first time using Dilling Heating and Cooling and I highly recommend. With a broken hot water heater in winter, I needed help ASAP. Nicole was very helpful and scheduled my appointment right away. Pasha was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me an honest assessment and a very reasonable estimate. He was back the next day to install and we had hot water again. I was very impressed all around. I had previously been using KE Seifert for my HVAC and plumbing services but I will be calling Dilling in the future.

I had services provided by Chris Rivera for a second time and the services were amazing! Extremely professional, timely, and affordable. Chris was very knowledgeable. I will definitely continue working with this company!

Region is the best they have serviced our 2 homes for over 25 years. We have replaced our windows in our condo which are heat and cold efficient. We have also replaced thermostat to better manage our home temperature. Everyone is knowledgeable friendly and totally dedicated to helping their customers. I highly recommended this company. My new roof is amazing...I can't believe how great it looks. The crew were so nice and left it all clean and tidy. I came home to a stunning roof. Devon and the team were wonderful. I've never worked with contractors that were so easy to work and delivered even more that I expected!

Was having problems with my air conditioner. With the hot weather it was struggling to keep up. Was at a loss of who to call. My neighbor recommend Region Home Services. They used them a few years ago and were very satisfied with them.
I called and told them my problem. They sent a service rep out that afternoon. I told him the air ran a-lot and didn't seem to keep up. He thanked me and said he will look at the unit.
The unit is pretty old. We lived her 12 years and it was here when we moved in.
After a while Bill the rep came back in. He said the unit has seen better days. But that he could get it to run a little better. I was concerned about putting money in to it. He said it was up to me. Either way he could help.
Long story short we decided it was better to replace the unit. I felt confident in Region because there was know pressure in deciding what to do.
They gave me a few choices of several units to choice from. Explained the pros and cons of each unit.
We decided and the next day they showed up on time. Very professional installation. Clean job.
Both me and my wife are so excited about our new unit. We are so pleased with Region. You get what you pay for. Great service, Great Price, Awesome Service Techs. 👍👍

Very punctual and knowledgeable from setting the appointment to the technician. Couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. Highly recommend whether you need a new unit or just a tune-up. You can’t go wrong with Region Home Services. And they also install windows and shingles. Beautiful work at a very fair price. Can’t recommend this company enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Edit to add: I have now used Region Home Services for a new HVAC system, new windows and vinyl siding on my home. They also installed a new front door and storm door for us and will be doing new gutters shortly. This company is outstanding and they employee amazing workers! They dealt with the surprise of not having plywood on our house (surprise to us as well) and only had to add 2 days to the project. They just finished the siding and windows today and I am in love with the work they did. This will be my go to company for any home repairs that they can handle! They are outstanding, respectful, hardworking and so very kind.

Can not rave about this company enough!!!! After 2 months of no air conditioning and dealing with a slow home warranty company and crappy technicians, Bill was able to come out, diagnose the issue (leaks in the system and new system had to be installed) and get us on his schedule as fast as possible. He came out with a few guys this morning and got the new unit installed and running same day!! We now have a nice cold house! Absolutely call Region Home Services for any hvac work, they were amazing and even cleaned everything up after they finished!

I have a split AC/Heat wall unit that has made a considerable amount of noise for the last 12 years. I had the installers out to look at it and was told nothing was wrong. I met representatives of Region Home Services at the Home Show and booked an appointment to have the unit looked at to determine if replacement was needed. Their representative arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem, repaired the unit and cleaned it thoroughly. I am very happy with their service and with the way my unit now works without extraneous noise. I definitely recommend Region Home Services.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Region Home Services, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. I had initially posted in my local facebook group looking for someone to service my HVAC since I am new to the area. From the initial call with Devon to the final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient.

They took the time to quickly verify my unit. The technicians arrived on time, were courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and explained everything in a way I could understand. I appreciated the transparency around costs and options — no pressure, just honest advice. They even went as far as lending me an AC unit so we could manage the summer heat until my unit could be replaced.

The work was completed, everything is running to perfection and the technicians were excellent. They even followed up later to ensure everything was working perfectly.

Very professional and the communication was stellar. Did not try to push anything on me. Talked to me about my system and allowed me to ask questions about next steps and gave advice. I felt comfortable setting up sales appointment to explore replacing my unit this summer. (Hope they give military discounts :) )

The follow up call was courteous and professional. Will refer new customers and use again for my heating maintenance needs.
