Starting with John Lodise, an honest and down-to-the-earth Sales/Services representative of Dilling, who gave me a very reasonable estimate of replacing one of my old 2nd HVAC systems. I was very impressed with John’s knowledge and expertise on HVAC system and its proper replacement.

After rewarding the project to Dilling, they sent 2 technicians, Franko and Tim to work on replacing my existing HVAC with a new Bryant HVAC system. Both Franko and Tim are very professional and they knew exactly what to do without my involvement. After completing the installation, they tested the new system thoroughly before they leave. As a result, the new system functions well. They also cleaned up the place and left no trash behind.. It is indeed a job well done.

With such an impressive team at Dilling, I would not hesitate to recommend Dilling to anyone who needs HVAC replacement or repair. I am confident that whoever hires Dilling will have a positive view toward the company and these professional employees as I do.

So I wanted to wait a few days to ensure that everything was still good. And I am superbly pleased with the way that the folks at Dilling handled everything. They are super affordable, with options to pay if you don't have the entire amount, their work is impeccable, CLEAN, and the service my family and I have had from the winter, when Chase was willing to go out of his way to simply drop off heaters until they could get there in the AM was more than we could have asked for. I will continue to use, and recommend this company, and will sing the praises for Ryan, Charlie, Austin, Chase, and all others that I know I am forgetting. 10/10 would recommend.

I have Dilling Heating & Cooling installed a new HVAC last week (finally our 20 year old units is gone). I am very happy about the quality of work they performed and the price they offered.
All Dilling's staff, from receptionist, to sales, to installation guys, and to the owner are very professional and friendly. Also Dilling delivered very quickly and efficiently. From my first call on Labor Day to installation finished, only in about 30 hours. The installation guys Tim and Franko, appeared very experienced. After installation of the units, they did the pressure test, making sure there is no potential leakage.
Last by not least, the owner Dennis sent me $200 check after I informed him that the $200 rebate was rejected. What a responsible and nice person!
I highly recommend Dilling to every homeowners in Great Philly area. I will always go to them for any work related to HVAC.

Our system was not even a year old and we got a friend (or more) that decided to make a home. Check your systems and make sure you have yearly maintenance done.

Moved into our house a few weeks ago, had an HVAC issue right away, which was super annoying. This company was great in helping us resolve our issue right before the winter blast hit the area!

We were in the market to replace a very old oil furnace and AC unit with a heat pump. Also, a new mini-split system for a sunroom. We did some homework and got 4 quotes from other reputable companies in the area. John from Dilling was the fastest to schedule an onsite visit and to quote the job. After receiving the 4 quotes, Dilling offered what we wanted within our budget. Installation was quick and clean. John and Team did a great job.

The Dilling team was amazing. Andrew configured a great high-performance HVAC system with a terrific price point. The responsive communication channel through phone calls and text messages made the our relationship solid and confident that we chose the right HVAC company. That was the sale's side. As for the install side of the engagement. John and Vinny did a remarkable job with the new installation. Our system is big - 5 ton AC unit and large 24" furnace. The units are Bryant with a Carrier coil. The Bryants are manufactured by Carrier and have positive reviews. John and Vinny arrived at 9 am and worked through the night (till 10:15 pm). Had some complications with the AC disconnect box (defective from the supply company) BUT they had another spare on the truck. Masterfully, the team troubleshooted the problem and fixed it! We hope this new HVAC will last for many years and our new relationship with Dilling.

A very efficient and professional company. They gave us a good selection of options, and had a crew out the next day for a new boiler & expansion tank. Even better they managed to haul the old rusting one out and disposed of it.

This review is concerning a service call for my heat pump system. Dilling's was quick to send a technician out to troubleshoot why the attic unit wasn't cooling. Austin arrived at the time they said he'd be here and he was meticulous and thorough. He found the issue and made sure that was the only thing contributing to the problem. I love how I've never needed a follow-up call with Dilling's. Their technicians are top notch and Austin is no exception.

Had a full HVAC system installed…heat & central air. The installers were extremely considerate. Recently my heat was not working a technician came out on a Sunday and now all systems are working perfectly. It was a small technical issue. Would definitely recommend Dilling Heating & Cooling. Great company and with outstanding service.

I was very happy with your service and Mike Reichart was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and after he was done i asked him about my mini split system in which i think i have a slow leak and he said call the office and yes we do mini split systems too. He seemed very confident he could solve the problem

I had hired Dilling a couple of times in the last 3 months and paid around $1400. Couple of weeks ago, my heater was working just fine but had a nail or something in the blower assembly and was making noise. I called Dilling and their repair guy Ryan came in. Said it’s a matter of a minutes to fix it. Tried but couldn’t reach the blower assembly. So he removed all the wires to the circuit board in order to pull out the blower assembly a little forward so his hand could reach it. Once done, he reconnected the wires and the system wouldn’t start. After trying for almost an hour he said the board needed to be replaced because it had broken. I told him it was not broken before he took out all the wires and I wouldn’t be paying for the board. I was told would cost me about $1000 (with installation). Spent the night without heat and next day spoke to John (the owner/manager) and he said they wouldn’t pay for the broken board nor would they give me any discount. I ended up paying for the board and installation $980. Needless to say I would never hire them to do any work and would make sure my colleagues in BNI know not to give Dilling any referrals.

John, Franco & Tim are an awesome team. They respected my home and cleaned up after installing a new HVAC system. They were diligent workers. Thank you for doing a great job and helping me prepare for the upcoming winter!

My experience with the technicians that came out was impeccable! Both were very professional. They let me know everything they were doing, and kept me informed as they made progress! I highly recommend this company for any oil heating needs as well as central air needs.

Filling Heating and Cooling did an excellent job with our new HVAC installation. We first contacted them for a free second opinion analysis, and then made a decision to replace the entire system. Tech, installers and sales manager were all very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated the quality of customer service we received. Dilling performed our annual furnace tune-up. It was easy to make an appointment and the quoted price is what I paid. The service technician, Mike, was courteous and efficient. He even had some suggestions about caring for our A/C though that was not part of the call. I always find them a pleasure to do business with.
