Just had my chimney cleaned out. They were very professional and efficient. Once they were done. They went over a couple of issues they found during the inspection. Some of which I knew of. But others I did not. Would highly recommend and I will be using them again for their services.

I had my chimney masonry done and they were affordable, communicative and easy to work with.

I scheduled for a time range of 8-10am, they were here at 8am and left by 10:15am. There were no hidden fees or charges, and they even helped me out by sealing the roof because I had noticed a drip when it rains.

At the initial inspection, both technicians clearly explained all options to fix our problem. Speaking with Taylor on the phone was a pleasure; she was enthusiastic, helpful, and truly wanted to assist us. Will and another gentleman were thorough and attentive while examining the issue. Above All Chimney did an outstanding job repointing and waterproofing our leaky stone chimney and refurbishing our stone fireplace by raising the hearth and installing a wood burning insert.

Not only did they help me clean and repair my chimney—which was in dire need of maintenance—they also helped me identify some issues with my roof and even helped me identify a good wooden stove to install in my home. We had a ceiling leak and I was at a complete loss with what to do first. So, I called some roofers and they gave me some hefty quotes for a roof.

Luckily, one of the companies gave me some pictures of the roof with a drone. I knew I needed another opinion on the cause of the issue.

I called Above All because I saw some decent reviews. They took my issue seriously, and asked me to email the pictures to Rich for review.

He gave me an overview of what the problem may be, and then came out that day to give me an estimate. It was more than reasonable and I learned a bit about how chimneys work in the process!

They got me scheduled within a week and were efficient, professional, friendly, and kind.

They corrected the top of my chimney and installed a liner-all in under 4 hours!

The team was wonderful! They were polite, professional, and very thoughtful while handling our surprise issues with the boiler flue. The owner even came out to make sure everything got done efficiently, and they made sure to get the work done while navigating all of the snow that we had gotten. This is only my second time ordering from Bucks County Fuel but what an extraordinary oil company. I searched high and low for best oil prices and they have the best prices. Bucks County Fuel is the best oil delivery and heater repair company that I have worked with! We had problems with our heater and Ryan, their technician, came and listened to us and properly diagnosed the problem. We actually had 2 other companies come out (out of desperation during the freezing holiday) that did NOT diagnose the problem properly or fix the problem and we paid good money to those companies. Ryan was excellent! He listened to us and did not just try to sell us parts. He was efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable! We will utilize Bucks County Fuel for all of our heater services and oil purchases. Their oil prices are the best! We have been using them for oil for 5 years. Thank you, Ryan, for fixing our heater. It had been a nightmare dealing with the other companies. If you want a technician that will actually diagnose your problem and fix it, call this company! If they can’t come out right away, wait. It’s worth it. Highly recommend Bucks County Fuel for all of your oil and heater needs!

Great Fuel Oil Company. When the last heating oil company had delays in my delivery it was time to look for a new one. Found Bucks County Fuel while doing a search for cheap heating oil. Fast delivery, friendly drivers. Signed up for texts. Got the text for $.10 off per gallon. That's when I order more heating oil. And I put it on my credit card, no extra charge!!!!!

This was a throughly professional experience. I had a day of emergency. The dispatch was very clear and helpful. The technichian (Ryan) that serviced our furnace was on time, polite and knowledgable. All we needed was a through cleaning and no tried to upsell me. 10 out of 10! Highly reccomend

I had a tune up and systems efficiency check completed by technician Wolf Man Will (William). He show me everything he was doing and took the time to explain it. He worked quickly and was friendly. I recommend this company for oil refills or maintenance. Where there’s a Will there’s a way!

I've purchased fuel oil from Bucks County Fuel for many years now, and I've been happy with the prices and service. The drivers have to go into my fenced yard to get to my tank, and they always call ahead so the dog is inside, and carefully close the gate behind them again. It's a difficult road and dead-end driveway, just a single narrow unpaved lane, and they've always maneuvered it perfectly, never a problem. It's easy to order online, delivery is always prompt, everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and professional.
