Do not do business with them or work for them they don't want to pay their bills, and no one will take responsibility. They just ignore you and do not answer e-mails or phone calls/ texts .

This is the worst landscaping company. They do a poor job, damage property, careless, unreliable and unresponsive. I would recommend not hiring them for your community or company. If I could give negative stars I would.

If there was a zero rating I would use it. This company is shady, very shady and dishonest. . I fulfilled my contract and checked in using their mobile app at BB&T bank in Myerstown, PA. They docked my last payment by 75% because I didn't check in the rest of the year even though nothing needed done anymore. All the grass, shrubs, and leaves were cleaned up and done. They just wanted to charge BB&T for me doing nothing. Bo where in my contract did it state that I needed to check in after work was complete. I believe they make things up to make more money for themselves. If you are a business looking to use them for their service or a contractor being hired by them. Dont do it!!!

They do a horrible job!! My complex is contracted with them so I have no say. They barely keep up with the landscaping. They did a fall cleanup yesterday and I was livid! They blew my plants out of my potters which got tore up. They also shred a shovel of mine to pieces that wasn't even in the area to attend to. Careless and sloppy. I would never recommend.

Taking the opportunity to give a wonderful review for Bright View Lawn Service. We attended a meeting in late October to voice concerns and they have worked to not only fix the problem but also to make our lawn look great at the end of the season. Job well done guys!

BrightView is a horrible company! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM! I live in a senior development that unfortunately has a contract with BrightView! They have damaged property and refused to pay even a small amount after they admitted they did the damage! The manager is never here when the workers are here, not even to stop by for a brief check! I've called our local branch in Cherry Hill NJ and left a message for Rob Dwyer (branch manager) receptionist he never returned my call! I also left a message with the receptionist in their corporate office in Blue Bell PA and no response! I actually spoke with these women in both offices who seemed very concerned when I told them the incident but still no return calls! This company has no integrity what so ever! Just Google all their negative reviews! BRIGHTVIEW DON'T RESPOND WITH THE USUAL COMMENT TO EMAIL YOU, YOU DONT RESPOND TO THAT EITHER!

I can't speak for the others that filed complaints against the company. But I've been watching them for some time keeping Rittenhouse square park in very very nice trim. All the workers I had a chance to talk to were all respectful and did the job the way it's supposed to be done. I come down from the North east to see some people once in awhile and I do not see any of the behaviors that some others are claiming. Not to say that those people didn't get what they wanted their could easily have been issues on some jobs. Not any Job turns out perfect all the time and in my travels threw life and I am 63 you can't please everyone. I've had some customers that swore they were right of what they wanted done and turned out some not even close. Not knocking anyone here just speaking on my personal experience watching this company work. Peace. Remember there are always three sides. Yours mine then the real.

I can not say enough about employees that work for Brightview Landscaping! Bill and his son Shawn did an amazing job trimming my birch trees and also taken down a large tree.So polite and considerate too.
Nelson and his worker came out today to do some other trimming and Nelson is so professional and display such courtesy to me with the respect that everyone should be treated. Great job!
Andrew the Tree supervisor arranged for a big tree to be taken down. He kept me informed at all times. What a great group of guys! Could not have been happier.

The Brightview organization was hired by the HOA of my Del Webb 55+ community in Spring Hill, TN consisting of over 800 residential properties. In my opinion, it has turned out to be a terrible decision and many of my neighbors would wholeheartedly agree.

The local manager for the BRIGHTVIEW organization does not return his telephone calls or e-mail (to multiple homeowners), is extremely unprofessional and should be replaced in my opinion. His failure to return e-mail and calls from multiple homeowners in the Southern Springs development is NOT a winning strategy for BRIGHTVIEW and its local manager named "ROSS" is not a good representative of the BRIGHTVIEW company, who continues to allow him to operate in an unsupervised, unprofessional manner, all for the sake of getting and keeping the large 800 home contract, in my opinion.

I encourage YOU, as you are looking at these on-line Google Reviews on various companies, like BRIGHTVIEW that you may want to hire, to look elsewhere at other companies for your needs. Do not give your business to this company. They apparently have lax employee screening policies and give delegated authority to their local job managers to act unprofessionally......all for the sake of getting and keeping the contract.

Please look elsewhere for your lawncare/landscape/mowing needs. You will be happy that you did. Afterall, the overall rating of this company is TERRIBLE - just read some of these heartfelt Google Reviews from people and companies that are unhappy with their services. It should convince any intelligent person looking to hire a company like this to PASS on this company. It is the Right Thing To Do!

DO NOT HIRE BRIGHTVIEW - PASS IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I waited a few days before I decided to write a review, I was hoping to get a call back after I called and told them they left a huge stain on my carpet after it was “cleaned” , that never happened so I will leave an honest review with a picture.
This stain was not there prior the cleaning.
I had to scrub the stain and get it out myself. Very disappointing and will never use this company again.

It was very professional, the technician text me when he was on his he did a fantastic job on carpet and my carpet is an off white took his time and treated the stains the carpet looks new. He steps as well and entire turn out beautiful with out any problems whatsoever. I would tell anyone call The STAIN BUSTERS!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

When I called in for appt I specifically said my biggest want is to concentrate on the black marking on carpet along baseboards. Not really concerned with the rest of the carpet. The tech tried his best, but was missing the tool that would have helped his effort. As well as satisfy my request from the beginning. Kudos to the tech for trying with the larger attachment and for bringing it to my attention. He gets 5 stars. The hallway and stairs look great. Thank you

Technician didn't move a chair to clean underneath it. Had an appointment for 12:00 noon, didn't show up till after 1pm

I moved in July and the rugs were cleaned before I got there not sure who the company was! Ray and Justin were amazing and both so nice! My rugs look brand new! Give them a try they do a great job! Check out the reviews !

I thought service was good until I realized they didn’t get two stains out which were not stated prior stating they couldn’t. I was told reach out to tech he ignored me than was told call main line . I asked for who do I speak with and yet not resolution or response. Disappointed I spent $80
