They were a little late but the Professional service team made up for it...The carpet they cleaned been here when we purchased the house 13yrs ago...GREAT JOB CLEANING IT AND OUR AREA RUG..AND THEY WERE FILTHY..I WILL DEFINITELY USE THERE SERVICES AGAIN...

Ray was personable and efficient. He did an incredible job with making my carpets and area rug look brand new. Got stains out that other companies couldn't. Will be using them again in the future.

Moving into a new place so I needed carpet cleaned in a timely manner. Made an appointment online and received a text confirming 2 hour window. They weren’t showing up so I called 30 minutes before that 2 hour window ended and the person told me that they are on their way and should arrive by that time. Well they never showed up and now they are just ignoring my phone call. If you need reliable carpet cleaning this company isn’t it. They will straight lie to your face.

Great people and company. Used them several times on various projects and addresses. Customer service also great. Terrell was my tech on at least 2 occasions, he communicated everything needed very well and did an excellent job.

Carpet looks very nice and clean - I got the Level 3 cleaning - cleaner did not use the high powered fans for fast drying as indicated on the invoice and I had to ask for the booties and only got 3 pairs instead of 4 pairs as stated on invoice- was not aware of a credit debit bank card processing fee added on until after I received the bill so price initially quoted was higher and cash/check payment not offered. Cleaner answered all my questions but has a dry personality but I guess he’s only there to clean.

Excellent experience. The communication was top notch from the very beginning. I had to reschedule thrice and Ray was very understanding and cooperative. Our carpets were really dirty but both the gentlemen did a wonderful job with the cleaning. We got 5 rooms done including closets and stairs and they left the house smelling so fresh + the carpets looked so much better once they cleaned it. I will be highly recommending them to people.

I'm most definitely going to be a lifetime customer. Punctual, professional and very respectful young man thoroughly cleaned my entire home. The energy feels different in here and I'm instantly at peace once again in our dwelling. Last but not least very affordable.

The tech was very sufficient and perfessional. There was an issue with the address buy once he knew the alternate address he arrived quickly. The only issue was his credit card machine didn't wrk I didn't have cash ur online pymt isn't operable so I had to go out to a ATM n receive the funds.so if u could get the pymt online bac up it would be great.

The person did not have any ID, and seemed offended when I asked him for ID, not very friendly and left a pile of water outside the room he vacuumed, I also had to ask him how long it would take to dry

We are very disappointed in the service we received. We paid extra for furniture to be moved. The TV stand was not moved, so the the carpet under and behind it was not cleaned. We got our carpet cleaned on Friday… it is now Monday and there are multiple spots that are still very wet. Also, the rugs now have a weird smell to them. They smell dirtier than before. We do not think it was worth $230.

The whole process with the Stain Buster was great from start to finish! I saw their add on FB and had to try them! I was able to book an appointment online on the website. They confirmed right away with a very reasonable quote! Ray just finished cleaning our carpets and they look brand new!!! I’ll definitely be booking with the Stain Buster again! Awesome job!!!

Steam busters just left. Very nice guys. Rugs look good. I have two sets of full steps. 4 foyer steps. Living room, master bedroom, hall way and two area rugs done for 450.00. Took two hours.
