Just met a man named Ray Gordon who was servicing an apartment near mine. He explained the process and gave me a card. I will definitely be using this carpet cleaning service soon - as well as quite a few other tenants! He was super professional and courteous as well as very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Not to mention… the prices are pretty stellar! The Stain Buster Co. needs to hire more guys like this one. If he happens to see this review, Thanks for explaining everything Ray!

I had 3 stubborn areas I should have pointed out to the tech, but I'm not feeling well and wasn't paying attention. Don't get me wrong though, my carpet is clean and fresh smelling compared to when he started. I'll just have them back soon to redo these areas, and some upholstery cleaning. Thanks So Much.

The young man was very professional. He pulled up. He introduced himself. He explained the work he was going to do he reiterated what the price was going to be what was exactly what was quoted. He came in did a very professional job.

My rugs are over 18yrs old but they came nicely.. Would suggest a 2nd extraction to ensure rugs are dried 5-6hrs after cleaning. Even after 24hrs there were still some damp spots on the steps,but that aside I was very pleased and have recommended your company to friends. Also the young man was very pleasant and professional.

Overall, Rug cleaning was great!
Stains removed.
But no fans were used for drying rugs that was included in Premium treatment.
And I only received 3 booties, not 4. 😂
I would use them again & recommend them to friends & family.

He was quick and the rug looked great, until I looked at the rug the following day (when the rug was finally dry). It looks like the gentleman forgot certain spots that are very obvious. I even paid extra for an extra scrub so this is truly unacceptable. Not happy at all!

I had an emergency and they came to the rescue within hours for a small extra fee. My carpet smells amazing and both men I had interactions with were very professional. I will book again.

This was our second time using The Stain Buster, however the quality this time was not where it should be. We requested to have our sectional cleaned at a cost of $159 and paid an extra $49 for deep cleaning but the technician only cleaned the top of the cushions that you sit on. The back cushions and any other part of the sitting cushions were not cleaned. He said we don’t clean the other parts. That’s not true since all parts of the sectional were cleaned the first time we used your company. I’m not sure if he had other jobs to get to, but if a sectional is to be cleaned, all cushions should be cleaned. I reached out multiple times and I was told someone would call me to discuss, however it’s been a month and no one has reached out. The level of service should have been better.

I'm am not getting compensated for my review... I used The Stain Buster's service after browsing fb. My tech name was Terrell. He was on time, very pleasant and respectful. The service was very good and my carpet looks immaculate. They appear to look as if I just moved in! I recommend Stain Busters and will utilize their service again. Included are before and after pictures.

The service was excellent! However, the company quoted a lower price that included an extra room. On the day of the service, I decided not to have the room done. The total cost was more than what I was quoted, and the work was less.

I can’t say enough positive things about The Stain Buster. My carpets were a mess with having a kid, boyfriend who never takes his shoes off before going upstairs, a puppy and 2 cats, pet hair, & pee accidents.
Terrell was extremely professional, friendly & thorough! He called me to let me know he was on his way & even arrived a little early which was awesome!! sent me pictures as he was cleaning the carpets which I greatly appreciate! Literally Just had James clean 4 rooms, hallway, steps & tile area. Nothing but good things. James was professional & I was really not expecting how clean my carpets look after, took before & after pictures to compare & I am extremely happy with the results. I was going to throw these carpets away due to some painting mishaps but still having pets decided a cleaning will do for now. Great choice!...
Update: Had another visit today, turned out great again... Very happy the way this business responds to the customer.

I requested cleaning the night before and they accommodated me for the next morning. Ray arrived promptly at 11am and did a fabulous job. I am so pleased I have already sent before and after pictures to friends and family so they can book The Stain Buster. Thank you for a job well done!

I responded to their ad on Facebook since they were having an amazing special. They were quick to reply and scheduling was very easy.
Tyrell was efficient and professional. He was delayed by previous jobs, but kept us posted on his ETA.
We were very pleased by the end result and would definitely use their services again.
