When the power company rep detected a gas leak at my home this morning one call had Len the Plumber scheduled for early afternoon. Jemal, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the multiple problems leading to leaking gas from my stove connection. He quickly and efficiently developed and executed the repairs, requiring a great deal of effort and ingenuity. His work was exemplary, the kind of clean and precise craftsmanship that shows both skill and pride in his work.

He carefully briefed me on options and final cost before beginning the work. We have much greater peace of mind now, knowing that the gas leak is eliminated and the job has finally been done right.

First time using Len the plumber and it was a great experience. Markese was our tech and he let us know when he’d be 30 minutes out. Very respectful, kind guy who explained everything clearly and in a way we could easily understand. Didn’t try to sell us on a bunch of stuff. Did his diagnosis, was very thorough with pictures and explained how everything works. Laid out our options, didn’t push us on a choice. Happy with our service and would recommend

I had a fantastic experience with Chris from Len the Plumber who came to my mom’s house to install new faucet. He showed up right on time, was incredibly professional, and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. The installation was quick, clean, and done.

What stood out most was how respectful and patient he was, especially working with my mom who asks a lot of questions. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’d highly recommended Len the plumber to my friends & family.

We had 2 new furnaces installed, replacing our 20 year old units. The install team from Len The Plumbr was awesome. They showed up in time, wore booties on their shoes to protect our floors, put drop cloths down everywhere and cleaned up very well when finished. The guys worked hard all day and the install looks excellent. Systems are working great. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

The company kept us abreast of their arrival which made it easy to plan our day. The technician, John Ingalls, was very polite and easy to work with. We had a clogged drain. The last few weeks were hammer time with my plumbing and had to have Len the Plumber come out before my already two scheduled appointments 😞. Came out checked everything, needed some work done that I wasn't even paying attention to, but had it also busted it would have been worse. Came out when scheduled, received notifications for ETA and had access to track how far Technician was from home. Good estimates, nice work, cleaned after done the job. Mike was courteous and explained everything so no worries. It's nice to have a good company on hand. I had the plan.

Sewer pipe broke. Called Len the Plumber in Boothwyn. They arrived in a couple hours to assess problem. The entire pipe needed replacing which was scheduled within 2 days of my phone call. Everyone was very professional and supportive. They worked extremely hard and did their best to leave us with water service when they left each day. Very happy with their service.

Your technician Ash came to my home was very professional and informative with my heating issue. He was engaged and left me feeling he was genuine about my concerns and fixing my heater. The company demonstrated the same service attitude, making consistant contact and status updates from my first call until Ash arrived for my appointment the next day. I will definitely recommend Len The Plumber and use their services again if needed.

Steve was amazing! My radiator is old old, like from the 70s old and he still knew exactly what to do. He was kind enough to give me two quotes, one for a repair and one for a replacement. I chose to go with the repair! He was super professional and kind throughout the entire process and was able to get my heat back on and working even better than before within a few hours, thankfully before this crazy storm is supposed to hit us! Highly recommend them, price point was fair, and everything went smoothly.

Tereasa arrived right on time, quickly assessed the course of action for my blocked sewer pipe, and got right to work. Cleared the blockage in very short order. She is a very nice, courteous person. I enjoyed chatting with her, and I'm very pleased with her work.

Mike was outstanding in the service he provided. While he thought it was one issue with our heater, he quickly determined that it was another after troubleshooting. Once he had what he thought was the main issue resolved, which turned out to be a clog in the intake pipe, he found another issue with the thermostat board in the basement. He promised to be back the very next day, which he was, and he and his assistant repaired the thermostat main board. He was cordial and took the time to explain to us the issues and what he was doing to repair the unit. Once we had the new thermostat installed, he walked me through the proper use of the new thermostat. I would recommend Mike to anyone who asked me about Len the Plumber. He was fast but thorough in hisrepair and the system is working fine now.

I feel i was way over charged especially when i pulled the sink from wall and they didn’t reattach sink to wall i probably won’t go back and will cancel my plan i can’t honestly give 5 stars because my clog is cleared, but because i don’t have a functioning sink and i paid a tad under $500. How much would they charged for removing and reattaching the sink another $500? Idk do better this.

Jason Green from Len the Plumber came to assess the issues with my existing hot water heater. He was professional, communicative, and punctual throughout the entire process. When it came time to replace the unit, he arrived on schedule, completed the work as promised, and left the area clean and tidy. I had hot water again right on time! I highly recommend Len the Plumber for their excellent service and reliability.

The service we received was exceptional. My husband and I are incredibly grateful for your company's assistance during one of the most severe snowstorms in over a decade. Your servicemen demonstrated remarkable professionalism. Upon completion of the work, they provided a thorough explanation of all relevant details. Ever do a "happy dance" because the plumber's van is backing up in your driveway? That's exactly what I was doing. Never knew how difficult it is to get service from any plumbing company on the weekend. Have an emergency and it's your worst nightmare! My sewerline was backup and finally exploded. At first there was miscommunication and due to shortage of technicians, holidays and sickness. Doesn't help that I wasn't tech savy enough to reply to text messages once they're sent. No response, they're off to the next assignment. While you're seating at home wondering whats taking them so long to get to your house. When I spoke to the office of Len the Plumber. I was instructed to shut off my water on Saturday. Unfortunately, no one's available to address my issue until Sunday. Again, no one was available till Monday. Long story short version. Monday morning, I received a call and a text message from Len the Plumber, I was on the list for a visit. The Ben Harris company apologized via text and offered an $80 coupon😜. The three technicians from Len the Plumber were polite, professional, informative of what needed to be done. So, for now the water is on, showers must be quick. However, laundry and dishes will have to wait until the sewerline is replaced. That's when I'll give out the final stars once the job complete. Job well done 5✨️

I used them for a bathroom and could not be more disappointed. The gentleman who gave me estimate was decent. Not exactly super friendly. Kind of looked like he had a lot of road rage. but seemed to know what he was talking about. SEEMED being the key word. His price was a little bit high, but he came highly recommended so I decided to give him a job anyway. I figured you get what you pay for. That’s not the case with William C. Fischet plumbing. He took my $20k deposit and we didn’t hear from him for 5 weeks. I was thinking did he Ripped Me Off. I called and left a message after message and never got a return call. On a Sunday evening at about 630pm he calls & says he wants to start the work the next morning. I tried to ask him for another day to get ready He said he could give us 30 more if I wasn’t ready for tomorrow.So he starts the work and right away he’s talking down to my wife. Telling her she didn’t know what she was talking about and that he would only deal with a man. Later she caught him going through her panty drawer. I wanted to fire him on the spot, but he was halfway through the work after two weeks. There was a stretch of 3 days where he didn’t show up and didn’t call.. when he finally completed The work we were on vacation. When we returned and found some issues, I tried to call him. He.refused to listen to any of a laundry list of issues. He had his check and he was gone. The work I completed pretty much without Internet The toilet is leaking vanity is leaking. The lighting fixture was hanging crooked. I could go on and on. Just a mess. One of his guys caught The side of my car with the edge of the old tub leaving a 4 foot gouge down the side of my car. He denied that it happened even when confronted with the ring canera video footage. Long story short, they never fixed anything they never returned any of my calls. I wouldn’t use this guy if he was the last plumber on earth.

I recently faced a water backup issue in my home and called Smith Family Plumbing & Heating at 7:30 pm. Brayden arrived at my house around 10 pm and quickly cleared my main drain while identifying that roots were the main problem during that visit. I scheduled another appointment to have the main drain inspected with a camera. Another plumber named Tracy showed me a clear video of where the roots had intruded into the pipe and clogged the line. He also pointed out two other areas of concern, known as bellies, which led him to recommend a complete replacement of the line. Tracy then shared a price and timeline for the entire project. A few days later, Cody came to my home to start the work. Cody and his apprentice worked hard to complete the project, even after the sun had set, ensuring everything was backfilled and regraded properly. Overall, everyone I interacted with at Smith Family Plumbing & Heating was polite and professional. I will definitely reach out to them again when I need a plumber.

Outstanding service! I had never needed a plumber before, but we had an emergency with a broken pipe outside. Smith Family Plumbing & Heating answered the phone right away with a real person. Everyone we spoke to, both over the phone and in person, was polite, knew their stuff, and was super helpful. Tracy and Brayden called back when they promised, arrived on time, and explained the pricing and what to expect clearly. I’ll absolutely reach out again if I need help with plumbing or pipe repairs!

I hired Smith Family Plumbing & Heating for a big job—replacing two old hot water heaters in my attic with new tankless gas units. This meant they had to redo a lot of the piping and even do a bit of work on the roof to fit the new vent. The job also needed someone who knew how to set up the tankless heaters so they could work together, switching on and off for low or high water use. Brayden, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and always polite during the whole project. Everything was finished right on schedule. I’m really happy with the results and would recommend them for any plumbing job, big or small, in Boothwyn.
