Excellent service. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in on short notice. Justin and Josh answered all my questions and addressed issues with my hvac I wouldn’t have been aware of otherwise. I’m thankful a friend recommended Top Tech to me and I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone else in need of hvac servicing. We’re lucky to have them in the Pittsburgh area.

I had a bad experience with Top Tech. After working with them for years and being a loyal customer, I had a job that was not completed and the Top Tech could NOT pass the mechanical inspection. Yet, they demanded to be paid for the service they could not perform. Moreover, they only sent an invoice for an uncompleted job after two months making false accusations. I would never work with them again.

My furnace repair went exactly as you’d hope. They’re friendly on the phone, quick service, respectful and knowledgeable on site and very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be using Top Tech for all maintenance and service calls for my A/C, furnace and water heater.

Top Tech did a great job with getting my furnace running again. Well manner and friendly, l was very pleased. This is my second posting about Top Tech. They cleaned my old furnace on November 30th and came back on December the 5th and installed my new furnace. Everything went smooth very professional, friendly, well manner young men 👏 I would recommend them to my friends and family. They get 10 stars from me!

Josh and Justin were so helpful! My heat went out on a cold weekend and they made it priority to come see it the same day! When they found a part needed ordered and could not fix the same day they let my landlord know that I would need space heaters in the meantime. Josh communicated well on when they would be coming around and they were both very kind. Once the part came in that they needed- they came ASAP and fixed it for me. Great service from knowledgeable kind people :)

Great experience with Top Tech. The guys arrived exactly on time for the appointment. Great communication start to finish, explaining what was going on every step of the way. Even went the extra mile dealing with an unforeseen issue with my humidifier replacement. Really appreciate the work these guys did. Would definitely reccommend.

Got same day service for a broken kitchen light, service rep was not afraid of my dogs, was respectful about COVID19 and social distancing, and had good manners. The rep was thorough evaluating my options with me, kept me informed of progress, and was gone in two hours.

The power in our house was out so we called a few different local electricians. None of the other companies could send anyone until Monday morning. We called Keith at 8PM on a Sunday night and he came within an hour, fixed our issue, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend Keith and Jacobson Electric!

I'm a Real Estate Agent and had a seller who was in a pinch and needed an estimate on a repair ASAP. Keith was able to come the next business day and give an estimate. Two days later he came out and made the repairs and honored his estimate exactly. Great customer service and quality professional work. 10/10 recommend!

Keith and company are pros in every sense of the word, and the passion they have for their work is easy to see. Jacobson Electric helped me set up a newly constructed home and it couldn't have gone better. For what he did and the quality of everything, the pricing was beyond fair. You are doing yourself a disservice if you are in the area and not considering these guys for any new install/repair/etc. Not only will they knock it out of the park, you will likely learn a self-serving thing or two :) Can't thank you guys enough, keep up the fantastic work!

Keith and his team were in and out without a trace. Keith came over and gave me a quote much lower than anyone else. He replaced my old pushmatic electrical box with a 200 amp box and put in a second 100 amp box in my laundry room to attach my furnace, laundry appliances, and sump pump. Thanks to Keith’s team, we are ready to put an addition on our home! Plus they didn’t leave a mess at all! In and out in one day. Highly recommend!

Keith did a great job and was very professional in repairing our smoke alarm wiring. He moved through the job very quickly. We especially appreciated his attentiveness to COVID-19 safety measures including wearing a mask, gloves and even offering to take off his shoes when entering our home.
