Just recently had a new HVAC system installed in our home. Our old system was 32 years old and though it still functioned, it was time to consider a replacement. AJ and his Six Star team helped us to find the best alternative. The install and support through final inspection was great. The guys involved with the install were polite, respectful, friendly and hard working. Any concerns or questions were immediately addressed and our new systems runs prefect. We discovered on the first hot day of the year that our a/c was not working. It's a very busy time of year for a/c repair and I wasn't expecting anyone to be available for a week. I called 6 Star and was thrilled that a tech could come out the next day. Later they called back and were able to send a tech the same evening! The problem ended up being very complex, as there was an issue in the a/c unit itself as well as our electrical system. I was very impressed with the tech's problem solving skills to get everything working. He was very patient when things didn't go as smoothly as we hoped, and stayed for awhile to make sure the job was completed. We were very happy to have a cool house again! Responsiveness, customer service, and technical skills were outstanding.

At the recommendation of my father whose architecture firm has been working with AJ for a while, I chose to hire Six Star for a new HVAC system installation. AJ and Charlie and the rest of the Six Star team are wonderful. They worked out AC installation in our 100-year-old house in the least obtrusive way possible to preserve the character of our home, while giving us maximum comfort. AJ helped us pick the most efficient system for our home while focusing on American-made equipment. The team was communicative about the process, kept to the number of working days they quoted, and answered all of our questions with great detail and patience. While no construction job is ever dust-free, they were very respectful about closing off spaces where they were sawing and were also very respectful of our wishes for everyone to wear a mask in shared spaces. To top it all off, AJ was understanding of our need to push back our installation date when we learned that our cat needed surgery, which goes to show that he’s compassionate as well. Six Star is an all-around knowledgable, skilled, kind, and respectful crew. I would give them the six stars in their name if I could.

Six Star installed a new AC system (we did not have any AC at all) and new furnace in our older house. They had to run some duct work throughout the house since it did not exist in places. I am extremely happy with the whole process. AJ made sure to walk through every room and look at where the vents were and asked how the rooms felt during our estimate. He was the only one to walk through our whole house when we were getting estimates. Everyone from Six Star was professional and friendly and took my questions and concerns seriously. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs AC work done.

Our tech Mike was on site within 30 minutes of calling and fixed our problem quickly. Mike was really professional and informative. He explained the problem well enough for anyone to understand, while also providing photos. I would recommend 6 star to family and friends.

Had a good experience with Six Star for an AC issue diagnosis/fix and furnace tune-up. They scheduled me very quickly after I initially called and the technician (Shane) showed up right on time when expected. He was helpful and knowledgeable, explained the things he was inspecting on my system and what problems can look like, and he laid out the pros and cons for my options to fix the issue. Pricing felt fair and reasonable. I would definitely work with them again.

AJ replaced my boiler when it failed. It broke during the winter and we needed to get it fixed fast. He quickly came out and provided a fair quote to get it done and they made the replacement within a day or two. They worked efficiently and were respectable to our home. I wish I could give them SIX STARS instead of five.

The tech who showed up was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. really was looking out for my best interests gingerly taking care of an old ac unit we have during a tune up and giving me some great info on how to keep our systems well maintained and trouble free.

I wish I had a more stars than five for Six Star HVAC. These guys are amazing! On the coldest day of the year, they were here, replaced in our old furnace (70 years) with a brand new furnace in hours. Every single encounter, starting with Carrie (in office), as well as all the service people and techs, was effortless and professional. They are dedicated, honest, efficeint, and a true joy to work with. With these guys in town, no need to go to these huge corporate entities that care nothing about the customer. Six Star has customer service far above others...customer service is a dying art, but Six Star takes customer service to a new level. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We lost air conditioning at the end of a 99 degree day. Six Star was there the next morning and had us up and running quickly. Dan, the service tech went above and beyond to check everything to make sure all other parts were in working order. He was thorough and polite. Will use Six Star for all of my future heating and cooling needs!!!

Amazing team from Six Star: Dan and Candice spend 4 hours checking the wiring and function testing. They took their time and collaborated with each other and did determine it was a thermostat issue and something related to the heat pump was configured for gas heat. Have a new thermostat installed. After 3 winters dealing with this problem and no help from installers. God has got me a team I can trust at Six Star. With availability and cost, it is well worth giving Six Star a call.

The guys at Six Star are great. Professional, smart, quality work, friendly, priced fairly. They installed my new furnace back in January and did a great job. I had Kevin and Matt back the other day to move my AC compressor from the back of the house to the side. Again, great job. I highly recommend them.
