We couldn’t have more wonderful things to say about our experience with Mold Medics. From start to finish they were efficient, reliable, and great to work with. The people in the office are kind and quick to answer. Brian was great with the testing and getting back to us quickly. Jordan did an awesome job cleaning up our mold and was great to work with. He took his time and really made sure we were happy with the results. We will definitely use them again for our next property. Don’t hesitate to call Mold Medics, they really do care about their customers and employees.

The guys at Mold Medics were great from beginning to end. Milo, who came out initially for the consultation, was thorough, informative, and made me feel at ease about the project. On the day of service, Bryan showed up as expected and got right to work. To my surprise upon my return, he noticed a few other small spots around the house that could use a clean and took care of them! Everyone we came into contact with at Mold Medics was courteous and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future needs!

Scott and Ramon cleaned our duct work about a month ago. They both were extremely kind and professional. They were punctual and efficient. They made recommendations on our furnace filter. At one point, I wondered if my cat snuck outside when I couldn't find her. Scott helped me look and found her under my bed. I appreciated his concern for both of my cats. They went above and beyond, and i felt like I could feel the difference in my home when the work was done. I will definitely use them again.

On January 10, 2024, Justin and Ed from Mold Medics assisted with our basement mold remediation project. They kept us informed throughout the day, providing progress updates and photos via text. Importantly, they checked in with us before making unexpected adjustments in cutting drywall. They efficiently completed the job in one day, leaving the basement spotless with no visible mold. Thaddeus, who assessed the project initially, was friendly and responsive to all our questions. We were left with two HEPA filters that we ran for several days to continue to purify the air. Highly recommend Mold Medics for their expertise and excellent service!

On January 12, 2014, John from Mold Medics cleaned the air vents throughout our home. His enthusiasm for the job was evident in his strong work ethic. Working cleanly for several hours, he documented the process with before and after photos, leaving the house without a trace of mess. The air quality noticeably improved upon completion. If you haven't had your vents cleaned before, I highly recommend using this company!

John did the cleaning of our air ducts and did a wonderful job explaining the process to me, being professional while on site, and doing an excellent job! I am very happy with the service. Heather too did a great job prior to the service helping me understand what would happen, and what was included with the price.

I am more than thoroughly impressed with Mold Medics! From Thaddeus to the management team and the crew that came out, everyone displayed exceptional professionalism and genuine concern for their customers' well-being. We were in a challenging situation, but the Moldmedics team worked with us to find the perfect solution for our significant crawlspace problems. I was very pleased with the entire experience with Mold Medics. Heather, Thaddeus, John, and Ed were all a pleasure to deal with. I felt comfortable throughout the process from scheduling an estimate all the way to completion of the work. Communication was great from Thaddeus as well as John, and the job was completed as promised. I would highly recommend them if you need the services they provide.

Mold Medics were great to work with. They explained everything not only before we engaged them, but also during the work, and were happy to answer all our questions. Bryan, Adama, & John did an excellent job with the mold remediation, and John & Mike were fantastic with the HVAC. Everyone was professional, respectful, and pleasant.

Mike took a very thorough look at the areas we were concerned about, provided a detailed estimate, and then the treatment was done super efficiently and neatly. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with; from Dan the General Manager, to Brian and Milo in Sales, Heather in the Front Office and especially John the Technician. John was extremely professional, polite and very knowledgable. If there is a grade or level higher than Excellent or Superior then John earned it. He worked non stop, always keeping me posted on his findings and progress. I was so impressed with the service, I had them clean my daughter's house as well. I would strongly recommend this company to any and all who are in the market for an air duct cleaning. I have since recommended them to a neighbor and a friend who asked about my satisfaction level. They were very accommodating and flexible to meet my needs and schedule. The before and after pictures certified the quality of their work.

We hired mold medics to remove some mold from the basement of our new house before move in. Byron and Ambie did a great job! They were very communicative and considerate, and the work was done well and quickly. Would definitely hire Mold Medics again.

Adoma and Harrison were my technicians, did a spectacular job remediating the mold issue in my basement! They explained the issue, how they were going to remediate, and how long it would be expected to take. They were quick, efficient, and friendly at that! We had Mold Medics install a radon mitigation system for us in our new home. We were referred to them by our home inspector who stated that they did the best and most thorough job and he was not kidding! They were very professional, booking was easy and everything was done in a very neat and precise way. They showed up exactly when they said they would and they completed the job in a day and it looks wonderful. Everyone was very courteous and answered all of our questions without any issues. We highly recommend them.

Everyone we worked with was absolutely amazing. Milo explained everything to me in great detail and quickly provided me with an estimate. I was able to get an appointment just a week after my consultation. Adama and Bryan did a great job the day of. I am incredibly happy this was taken care of and would contact Mold Medics again in a heartbeat if needed.

Mike called within minutes of a request for quote and showed up the following work day. He arrived on time, looked at the project needing done and gave a detailed description of the work needed to be done. I had Jack and Adama do mold remediation in our basement. They arrived on time and work was completed as stated. Well done job from start to finish.
