I had Mold Medics come to my house, because I was getting mold on my walls in my attic. Milo came to the house and took the time to explain and answer a lot of my questions. Justin, John, Adama, Brian, Scott, and Ramon all had different responsibilities and helped with getting rid of the mold. They did a wonderful job, they were very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating! I highly recommend this company! And Heather in the office is wonderful also!

When we moved furniture during spring cleaning my son found mold that came from our basement sewage pipe explosion. My service person was John and he explained the process very well. There’s a lot of conflicting information out there on how to handle mold remediation. Getting it done properly is not cheap, but working with mold medics has given me confidence that we’ve done the best we possibly can to keep our basement mold free. Thad patiently answered my millions of questions and the work team with Justin, Anthony, and Trevor were really hard workers and just lovely to work with.

I contacted Mold Medics for a possible issue in my basement. They came out very quickly for an inspection. It was discovered that I had a problem, Theodore took me around and showed me where the issues were and scheduled me for the next day and arrangedfora dumpster. . My technicians, Bryan, Justin, Harrison, Adama, Trevor and John came out took care of sealing off my basement setting up the air cleaners and removing all of the furniture, carpet and other things that were contaminated. They checked with me about things that were able to be cleaned so that I could save them. They cleaned out the air ducts. They were extremely efficient and polite. I will (hopefully) never have a need to call them again but if I do I would not hesitate and will recommend them to family and friends.

Mold Medics was a great company to work with from start to finish. I called to get an estimate for HVAC duct & vent cleaning with the suspicion that I also had a mold issue. The first person I spoke to was Erin, the amazing customer service representative who took A++ care of me for the entire process. She is professional, knowledgeable & friendly and was able to coach me through to the end. It was confirmed that I did have mold & I was advised to get new vent covers if I could. For an old house with various sizes of vents, this was not an easy task. Enter TJ the fantastic, patient & thorough technician who was so helpful in problem-solving the vent cover issue as well as doing a great job all around. He was detail oriented & wonderful to work with… keeping in mind I was a mess & overly caffeinated to boot🙂 He cleaned my dryer vent, all of the duct work and vent covers that had to be reused & treated for mold. The air quality in my house has never been so good. It feels like a brand new house! Thank you Erin & TJ!!! I am forever grateful❤️❤️

Bryan, Harrison, John and Trevor took great care with my moldy basement! There was a lot of drywall that had to be removed and a lot of tedious nooks and crannies to get clean and the team did it all with a smile. There were no smells or chemicals that made it from taped off zones. Everything was talked over beforehand. (Mike is great!) and I received updates constantly throughout. I would recommend these guys in the future!

I don't do anything without Angie's List, which is how I found Mold Medics. I did not obtain competing quotes, I did not have time to wait, and Mold Medics had very high, solid reviews. I also loved the bios of their employees on their website. When people are working in your house for three days, it's nice to know a little about who is entering the home. Talk about responsive, they were in touch with me every step, and it didn't matter when I called or texted with questions, even on the weekend, I had answers. Clearly qualified. The crew was in the basement for three days cleaning mold, and also we had the ducts cleaned. They were able to deal with my elderly father hanging around too. To my happiness, they even convinced him to discard his mold infested Abercrombie bags where he kept his tools. This is a feat in itself, believe me. I think those bags were 100 years old. OK maybe 60.... Their main focus was getting that air quality where it needed to be. When I walked in as they were completing the project, and as they were showing me around the basement/house, I have to say I came to tears. Knowing my parents will be in a home with the best of air quality is the best peace of mind I could have. If you need top-of-the-line air quality and the most wonderful service, go here. Had a wonderful experience with the team. The help desk to schedule the appointment, Dave for coming over on a short notice and then Bryan and Trevor for carrying out the work efficiently and respectfully. They even went out of their way to fix other issues like slight water dripping from couple of areas. They take their work seriously and have an honest approach!

We had a great experience with Mold Medics! They were easy to schedule with and reasonably priced. They were even all great with pets! The technician who did the removal, John, was fantastic. He was very thorough in his explanation of the services and in his work. He was easy to talk to and passionate about his work. He was also very mindful of my cats and ensuring they didn’t get out. Very trustworthy from all aspects. I had many patches/spots of visible mold all over the bathroom ceiling and it was sparkling white when he finished.
