I had a terrific experience with Mold Medics, from the initial assessment by Thaddeus through to the completion of the project by the crew, including Bryan and Adama, who did a fantastic job on the remediation work and were also very easy to work with.

We were so pleased with our service from Mold Medics! From our initial estimate appointment with Thaddeus, to our mold removal and water damage cleanup with Adam, Jordan, and Milo, all of the staff were professional, friendly, and thorough. They made sure to explain each step of the process and showed us pictures as each phase unfolded. Most importantly, they were able to get us on their schedule very quickly! We will be recommending Mold Medics to anyone who needs their services. And last but not least, Milo has some pipes. Someone get the guy on American Idol! :)

To begin, this is the first time I have ever reviewed a company on Google. I was actually referred to Mold Medics by my realtor. Initially, the technicians were quick to schedule and show up at my house, which I was very happy about. They first came to my house on 12/19/25. Unfortunately they did not bring enough chemicals for my mold remediation, which once more was okay and they were quick to schedule another appointment. Upon leaving, I went to my bathroom and found that one of the techs had broken my toilet handle and left it on top of our toilet. Once again, this was annoying since he didn’t even say anything but not the end of the world. The guys came back to finish the job towards the end of December, and they promised a follow up email with pictures and descriptions of their work. It is now 2/13/2025- nearly 2 months later and I have yet to hear from them concerning the pictures or what they actually did. I have called a handful of times, texted the guy who initially contacted me to set up the appointment multiple times, and even emailed the general manager a few times to get the follow up. This has been extremely frustrating as I paid them nearly $4,000 for work that they may or may not have even done. It’s pretty ridiculous that something so minimal could have such a detriment. For all I know, I could have paid them and they did nothing. UPDATE: Milo Coddington, the GM of Mold Medics, reached out to me following my review. He was very professional, apologized for the unfortunate lack of response time, and he took full ownership of the situation. Furthermore, he offered to reimburse me for the toilet handle that was broken. I really appreciated him reaching out and making sure I was taken care of. Things happen, but I’m glad I could get closure on the situation.

I discovered mold in my attic. Dave came out assess the situation, provided a very straightforward and reasonably priced resolution.

They were flexible with scheduling. The technicians Bryan and Adama worked hard to complete the job and their warranty does provide peace of mind.

From filling out the inquiry form to job completion was a quick and painless process. Thaddeus was polite, informative and covered the possible scenarios. He provided a quote for best case and gave me an idea what an add on would be so I could make a truly informed decision. John showed up the next day on time and got to work! He kept me informed throughout, showed me pictures of before during and after.
When I found the mold I debated doing the work myself or having it professionally done. For peace of mind I wanted it professionally done but was worried about the cost. Mold Medics certainly were professional and affordable. I highly recommend!

We used Mold Medics a few times for mold remediation in our home and are really happy with the results. Their work was thorough, high quality, and gave us peace of mind. Scheduling with their admin staff was easy and the people we spoke with on the phone were friendly and helpful. From the first visit, Mike, walked us through the entire process the technicians would take and explained how it works, answering any questions. His additional expertise in roofing reassured us that we were effectively addressing the source of the water to prevent further water damage/mold. The technicians, Brian, Trevor, and Harrison were friendly (especially to our pup and curious toddler!), professional, and knowledgeable. After talking with Brian during the first service visit, I felt confident we had gone with the best company to resolve our mold issue. They were incredibly responsive, returning to our home to troubleshoot when challenges came up. We also appreciated that they gave us honest advice on small DIY fixes instead of trying to upsell us on services we didn’t necessarily need. The quality of their work and the integrity of their staff really set them apart. Highly recommend!

John & Trevor were phenomenal. On-time, professional, courteous, & explained everything. Hardworking the minute they walked in. Showed them some more of the "trouble" areas & they made sure they really addressed those areas. Couldn't ask for a better crew.

John returned earlier than expected to tear down & get scrubbers due to us having more work done by other contractors.

John from Mold Medics was wonderful. He was very respectful of my home and kept everything as clean as possible. John was meticulous with his cleaning and took his time to do the job right. He also explained everything in terms that make sense to me!
