Diliberto Plumbing & Heating have performed 4 separate jobs for us in the past year including fixing dripping shower, replacing laundry tub spigot, whole house shut off replacement valves, outside spigot replacement, and most recently fixing a leaking elbow feeding from our hot water tank.

In all cases they have been thorough to address the existing problem while highlighting any potential areas of concern for future action without any high pressure to upsell more work. They have also been VERY responsive to getting us on their schedule, especially with the leaking hot water tank issue.

We had an emergency situation on Saturday morning, November 17, 2018. Our hot water heater was leaking badly and needed to be replaced. We planned on leaving for vacation that evening. It took one phone call. We spoke with Colin Kelly who quickly responded and had folks out to my house within a few hours. By the afternoon, the situation was resolved. I would highly, and without reservation, recommend Charles Diliberto Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for any of your plumbing needs.

NEW POST (December 2024)- This is the second time we used Diliberto and you all have gained a customer for life!! Dan and Zach came out to my place and handled a routine situation that they discovered was being caused by a larger issue. They were professional, honest and skilled. Have been a customer for over 10 years and we are very pleased overall with all aspects of their services. From the initial contact to report a plumbing issue, to scheduling, maintenance/installation, and billing, every aspect is top notch. I always recommend their services to my friends. They literally have a solution at a fair price for pretty much any plumbing or hot water issue.

Recently used Diliberto Plumbing to replace our traditional water heater with a tankless water heater and install a water softening system. They were at my house for 2 days and worked efficiently to get the everything installed. The guys worked neatly too, no complaints.

Also, a shout out to the team in the office. I had numerous clarifying questions about the proposed installation, and they happily answered them all.

I just had Diliberto Plumbing do two jobs in my home - installing a toilet and vanity/sink in my powder room, and replacing my sump pump. They were an excellent organization to deal with from start to finish. They gave me a good estimate, and once I scheduled, they were on time. The plumbing pros (Dan and Keith) were attentive and worked diligently. I'll definitely use Diliberto again for my future plumbing needs.

Diliberto has been our go to plumbers for fifteen (15) years. The office staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. An appointment scheduled is an appointment kept. The plumber(s) arrive on time, prepared and ready to work. Their charges are very reasonable. Quality is not free.
This time we had a toilet "ghost flushing" It was repaired quickly and correctly.

I am retired from a career in construction management and have used R & L Plumbing and Heating in both commercial and residential work. Most recently at my own house for replacement of drainage system for a 1st floor bathroom. The work was completed in a timely manner and and eliminates a musty moisture condition in the basement. I would highly recommend R&L Plumbing and Heating for both residential and commercial plumbing or heating construction and/or repairs.

Just hired R & L to replace a hot water heater. He agreed to push me in front of some other work to come out right away and see if the heater could be fixed. Sadly, it could not be, so Mark made sure to get back to my house to replace it as soon as he was able so my family wound't have to go too long without hot water. I really appreciate that.

The old heater was still under warranty, so he was okay running it back to Lowes for me and waiting around while they took forever to arrange for a replacement heater to be brought out. Mark didn't charge anything for this which was really awesome of him. His quote was totally in line with the other four quotes I obtained, so I would assume that the rest of his prices are completely reasonable.

The next time I need a plumber, I will absolutely call R & L first.

We had a leak in our shower and R&L is close to us and we have used Marc before for plumbing fixes so it made sense to choose him again for the shower. He came out on a Saturday to check the leak and was able to come back when it was convenient for us to replace and fix the leak. We will definitely be using R&L Plumbing and Heating for any future problems that we have.

I needed a shower installed quickly, and when my original plumber kept pushing me off, I got a referral for Marc through my realtor. He did a great job working with me to get that new shower installed including the permitting. He offered options with the install to help offset pricing, and since I don't mind finish work, he helped me save some money. All-in-all, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Marc!

Marc was referred to me and did not disappoint. He responded to my inquiry for a new tankless water heater very quickly, and soon after talking with him provided me with a fair quote to procure and install the unit I wanted. Marc walked to project and came and completed the job roughly 2 weeks after; both times he was on-time. The installation was flawless and Marc worked tirelessly to complete the work including a perfect removal of my old tank, install, and cleanup. Would not hesitate to use Marc again!
