We had an emergency water heater issue on day after Christmas. He was here in 45 minutes and resolved original problem.

Hot water heater was 25 yrs old and in a few days it began to leak.

His quote included explanation of all components of the new hot water tank install, pipe & valve upgrades.

During the negotiation process, he partnered with us reach our target price.

Installation was completed the following day BY JOE.

He performed all of checklist items and required water and pressure tests. He took extra time ton show us how system functions.

I told Joe that we wanted to establish a long term relationship and he has demonstrated qualities I look for in a trusted expert.

I'm thrilled to have Mr. Rooter as our plumbing specialist.

I couldn't recommend them more. Around the Thanksgiving holiday, we had a plumbing emergency. They responded quickly, and the owner (who called me himself) walked me through some preliminary steps to ensure the water would stop. His master plumber (Cole) came out the next day and really went the extra mile, explaining to me what was happening and really expediting his repair work. Top notch service and top notch customer service. It can be intimidating trusting contractors - no need to question your choice here. They were truly the best.

Mr Joe C. was super helpful!!! He helped find a leak in my shower and also helped me see pipes that were corroded and I didn’t even know they were! I will definitely be a returning customer, you guys are so great! Also came super fast as well. We had called around 12:45 and Joe was at our house by 2pm!

Joe’s work is outstanding! He listened to all the concerns for both toilets and after his inspections walked through the different repair options while maintaining my budget. He worked efficiently and cleaned as he worked preventing any water droplets on the floors. Joe also identified a building water leak external to my apartment and informed the property manager. I’m very grateful that Joe replaced both toilets this morning and helped my building be a well maintained property. Looking forward to calling Joe for all future plumbing needs!

Excellent service from the first call to the finished job. We had a difficult job. The phone was answered immediately and the appointment scheduled for the following morning. They would have come sooner but morning was at our request. We were kept informed of the arrival time. The technician arrived on time and completed the task quickly and resolved all issues. They will be my go to plumber.

Not only are these guys great at their jobs but also such great people. We had a two day job (hefty clog) and when it wasn’t solved night one they prioritized us the next morning to get to work. The process was a struggle but these guys -especially Joe- were communicative about the issues, somehow made plumbing fun?, and came up with the best solution for all parties. 10/10 service 20/10 guys! Highly recommend!!

Cole G and his team did a great job with the repairs. The pipes were replaced as previously explained by Joe C. Joe C right hand was inflamed by some liquid they were working with. He went to the ER but came back to the job site to make sure everything was done right after his discharge. The level commitment and carefulness of how they treat our home is incredible. They cleaned up all the debris/trash and took it with them. They didn't dump anything in our yard.
