The technician Cole was dispatched to my home, in order to diagnose the issue with my boiler, he was unable to determine the issue, after he left I took a look at my boiler and was able to jumpstart my heat and identified the issue. Although I provided myself with the diagnosis and resolution they still charged me a diagnostic fee. I followed up with the company and let them know I was able to diagnose the issue and asked for a price quote and was told that it would cost me $900 to simply replace one wire for my thermostat.When I mentioned to the manager Mike that the price was a serious over charge and that I should receive a refund for the diagnostic fee he simply ended communication with me. We had been texting each other about the issue and I do have the messages as proof of my bad experience with this company.

Thanksgiving emergency, blocked guest toilet. The technician, Joe, arrived in less than 40 minutes. Gave camode more than monies worth of snake applications and didn’t leave until he was absolutely satisfied the job was done, and Joe was very polite, courteous and respectful of our home. I called Mr. Rooter. They sent Joe out in fifteen minutes.While I was working at a customer's house and they had a burst pipe. He kept it clean and actually made it a lot easier for me to do my job.
