Had a good experience with Total Home Solution in adding a full bathroom in my finished basement. It looks great, the workers were very nice and professional.

We’re so happy with our screened in patio! The team at THS was well organized, efficient, and helped us feel comfortable every step of the way. We were able to see a mock up of the addition and it really was accurate to the final result. This is an investment in our forever home, and the care that the team took was so appreciated.

We were very pleased with the communication and transparency that Tom and Jon showed during our home renovation. We touched pretty much every room in the house, and they were very understanding of our budget and time constraints. It felt like they were really looking out for us on a personal level given that we were new to the process of home owning. Tom and Jon were both very responsive and available when we had questions or concerns. We are very happy with the work that THS completed for us, and we would definitely recommend them. THS stepped in with demolition teams and design teams who not only restored, but redesigned my home to be better than it was before the fire. We hired THS to renovate the first floor of our 120-year old home, and the results are incredible! We had no idea where to start and needed a contractor that would handle everything - including permits, design, etc. They brought our vision to life with much-needed updates to the home’s bones (including new electrical, plumbing, windows, kitchen and the addition of a half bath). The design phase was 10/10 stars - you get to see some actual renderings before the project begins. Our project manager, Jon, was outstanding - organized and helpful explaining the details. We were clear about our budget from the start, and while the proposal phase took some back and forth to stay within it, we're very pleased we did the project. The weekly schedules and check-ins kept everything on track, and the craftsmanship from the contractors was top-notch.

I woke up one morning and our heater wasn’t working so it was about 56-degrees in our house. My wife and I were making calls to people to see who could help us - no one could come out until the following day. I kept calling and these guys were awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike from J&M plumbing. My water heater unfortunately stopped working on Tuesday, and after calling Mike that evening, he was there the next day with a brand new Bradford White water heater! He went above and beyond with explaining to me the importance of a reliable brand, what gallon size would be in the long run the best value, and replaced my emergency shut off valve and added an expansion tank so my property would be up to code! I cannot thank Mike enough for his hard work, friendly customer service, and straightforward no hassle pricing!

Sanil (owner), Joe (master plumber) and Corey (master plumber) are true professionals. We had a significant plumbing issue on an old home. They showed on time and did not leave (working late into the night) until there a resolution to the problem and work completed the right way. Not many have this level customer dedication. They are also extremely price conscious.

Joseph Cavaliere from Mr. Rooter of KOP was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure he fixed our problem.
