I had an emergency and I got to speak to a live receptionist who accelerated my needs to her team. They fit me into an already booked schedule. It’s so refreshing to have a good local & sympathetic contractor during stressful times instead of automated bots & people answering phones from another country & time zone😊👌

These guys know their craft well and make a generally dirty job very clean and professional. I was "wowed" with every step from Colin coming out to quote my work to the end result and even a decent price. I would highly recommend these guys.

Came back from vacation to my water heater leaking. Called them and they arrived next day for an installation, excellent service and fair prices. Highly recommend.

We called for an estimate to repair faucet. We were told that this was a free estimate. They did come over. We decided to move forward with another plumber that had a much lower estimate. A year later we called for toilet repair with no estimate. They refused, saying we owed them money. We never received an invoice or a call with the payment request for their year old "free" estimate. We had no idea that they expecting money from us or we would have paid.

Called this place of business on November 9th as I drive past it all the time and thought, sure, I’ll support this small business. Need led someone to come out and take a look at a sump pump and potentially add a battery back up. As I was trying to explain to the lady who answered the phone, I said “if you recall” and was going to finish saying “we had a flood a few years back and our basement flooded and wanted someone to check our sump pump”. But before I could even say anything after “if you recall” the lady abruptly chipped in and said “ I can’t recall , because I don’t know who this is”. If she would have actually let me speak, she could have found out who it was. Not doing business with them. I will find another plumber who will actually listen to me and what I’m trying to say without negatively interrupting me.

We wanted a new kitchen faucet put in, we bought the faucet and they put it in, we had to call them back to center the faucet, it was “off”, sent plumbers helper, now less than a year later there’s a lake on the counter around the base of the faucet, it’s dripping down the wall under the sink, the rags are soaked and the bucket is filling up and looking at the area in the basement the floor is soaked. It seemed like a straight forward simple job that we paid a lot of money to get done and now we have to pay someone else to fix what shouldn’t need fixing. I’m really disappointed that it’s such sloppy work for top dollar.

Just had Mr. Diliberto out to fix a leak in my sink that required soldiering. I usually fix stuff myself, but know my limits. He was very fast and offered to wear a mask when he saw me wearing one. I would definitely recommend.

I had a leaking shut off valve that needed to be replaced. I am really glad that I chose Diliberto. He came out the same day and took care of the problem. Fair price, nice people, good work and a LOCAL business.

We were having trouble with our outside spicket when we tried to turn the water back on this spring. We called Charles Diliberto Plumbing on Monday and we're able to get someone to come out Friday. They had to go under the house (crawlspace) which is always unpleasant but the repair only took about 30 minutes and the price was lower than I feared. I would definitely use this company again.

I have used Diliberto Plumbing and Heating on two occasions for a leaking sink pipe and a toilet replacement. Both Charlie and Colin are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Also, Wanda who answers their phone, is sweet and very friendly!

CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS! I knew when I had a leak from my hot water heater that was installed in 2006 that I probably needed it replaced. After getting a quote of $2,400 for the same job, I was pleasantly surprised by a much lower price and MUCH better customer service from Diliberto. Prompt response, utmost professionalism, and they definitely earned a repeat customer in me.

Update: they saved me once again, I now want them to adopt me as part of their family.

These guys are top notch. I highly recommend Diliberto Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a professional and honest plumber. Colin, Tommy and John did a fantastic job with multiple projects around our house-installing all new plumbing for our bathroom renovation, replacing radiators, installing a RO water system, helping solve a sewer back-up and more!! We are so happy with their work, always felt comfortable with them in our home and after they left you would never even know they were there-other than everything works better! We decided to have a reverse osmosis system installed in the kitchen and also had the toilet in our hall bathroom replaced. There were a couple other issues discovered along the way which they promptly took care of. Dan and Zach were efficient, polite and we would highly recommend Diliberto to everyone.
