They were a one stop shop for doing some much needed maintenance and upgrades to a parking lot for us that included tree work, painting, black top seal, and wall construction. Very easy and pleasant to work with.

I value Harpers Landscaping. In fact I feel lucky that I found Harper properties. They do a good job and they can be relied on. I have used the service for seveeral years. Robin hascome to my house to givenme advice. I am a city boy who found even having a driveway and a real blessing when it comes to snow. On one side of my cape cod house it was areal mess and unsightly. I had planted hydrangeas which someone had given me and I wanted access to the area which was steep and I needed steps. I was expecting some wooden thing but they put in slate slaps going down the incline. Eight slabs 36 inches wide and about 45 inches long and I am proud of it. The incine is about 30 feet from top to bottom. I show visitors all the time. I consider it a kind of work of art for an areas that was once useless and in fact needed grass and bush cutting. I wish I could show a picture, but I am not tech savvy. All I can say is, I trust and value Harper Landscaping.

Refused to discuss a project with me for my home in West Philadelphia. Said they service the Main Line and DelCo only. My home is only 2.5 miles away from them. Seems a bit pretentious and potentially racist/classist to me.

They did a Fall cleanup and did a great job on everything.

Harper and Sons Landscaping installed a new paver patio in 2020. Our old patio was more than 8 years old and was made of concrete. It was cracked and through settlement was slanted towards the house which caused basement flooding in heavy rains.

Robin came out and explained the paver options, took measurements, and answered all of our questions. Geoff and his team arrived soon afterwards and started the demolition which went quickly. Once the demo was done, they installed the base, ensured the patio would drain away from the house, and started laying the pavers. Before they were finished, they made sure all of the finishing touches were done including the transition from the slider door to the patio. They even regraded the lawn, spread grass seed, and covered it with hay. A couple weeks of daily watering and the lawn looked great.

After using the patio for a year or so, we wanted to replace our walkway from the front of the house to the patio and replace the steps from our driveway to our front door. The process was the same – very easy and quick. Our neighbors have complimented the new walkway, steps, and patio, and we have recommended Harper and Sons Landscaping to all of them.

Dealing with Robin and Geoff was unlike any of the other contractors we’ve ever used. There is no high pressure, calls are quickly returned, everything is explained and questions are answered. The work was scheduled and the team showed up on the day they were expected. They did not miss a day, they did not make any mistakes, they did not complain about anything. They are very easy to work with and do a great job.

Now that the pavers are done and the back yard is looking great, Robin came out today to give us an estimate on a new PVC fence. Obviously I will continue to use Harper and Sons Landscaping for any projects in the future, and recommend them to everyone who asks.

Harper has never disappointed me. Every project has turned out beautifully and on time and budget. They are my first call no matter what kind of project i’m entertaining. Thanks Robin, Jeff and team.

Harper and Sons just finished up Phase 2 of my driveway wall project. I selected them from the estimates for Phase 1 because of the responsiveness of the owner and the fair pricing. I used them for Phase 2 of my project because of the quality of the work they did in Phase 1. Would recommend the Harper team and if there is more hardscaping work in the future, they are the first company I’ll contact.

Harper and Sons does a great job. They took away a massive tree from my property and I could not find even a speck of sawdust.

This is the third year we used your service and I have been very impressed with your company. I would have loved to give you 5 stars this time but I was very disappointed with the clean up or should I say lack of, particularly in the backyard. There was a lot of debris left all over the back grass. When my husband got home, i had to send him out back to rake the grass and pick up all the debris left behind. I had also asked to have the branches from the bushes in the yard behind mine that were hanging over my fence cut back and that was left untouched. Perhaps it was just an oversight.

Harper is very responsive to our needs. They show up when they say and their communication is excellent. They offer outstanding service and convenient ways to pay bills. Harper does a great job!

I need a retained wall ,I talked to my next-door neighbor , I really like whoever did his wall so I called Harper after calling two other companies.Harper dose everything I need done ,while dealing with the owner I realized I found someone for my cement work my blacktop and my landscaping so nice to deal with people you can trust. The wall is done could not be happier I have had numerous people complement the work they were great . I also used them for my landscaping,had a problem with some plants not making it ,talked to Robin and she had them replaced.Jeff and Robins son Zander ran both jobs he was awesome.
