Simply the best! Always professional and courteous. Harper and Sons took care of one of my fallen tree within 3 hours of my call. I recommend them to everyone!!!!

I was super pleased with the level of quality and the outcome of my driveway with sealcoating service by Harper Property Maintenance. My driveway looks almost new...wish I had done it sooner. And the price was much less than I imagined it would be for such a large area. I will absolutely use them again!

Robin and the Harper team were great, we had to get some sidewalk repair and they communicated the entire process with me, go the permit and did the job in a timely fashion. We appreciate their work and will definitely call them again.

They were hired to divert water away from the property line by raising the gutters, grading the soil, and installing underground gutters. Only 1 out of 3 tasks of the three quoted things was done. When I asked why the gutters weren't raised, the sons said their father told them they did not have to. I also called and told the wife that the kids NEVER graded the soil. She told me she ordered it, but failed to follow up that the soil had been graded. When they changed the terms, the price should have been reduced ( they breached the contract). Now, when it rains, the ground, lawn area where work was completed, is very soft and squishy. Protect yourself and ask them to take pictures of the work that they do, especially if you cannot see it.

Harper Property Maintenance and Sons provided a professional and thorough job in supporting the restoration of a historic cemetery. Their communication between their company and customer was outstanding. The on site crew was professional, efficient and flexible when changes needed to be made. Thank you for a job well done.

Positive experience with Harper Property Maintenance - they worked to remove a group of trees that needed to be cleared. Also worked to completely dismantle a large wood shed with roofing, fiberglass, doors, windows which was in much disrepair. The group arrived early on time and worked tirelessly in heat, humidity, and completely removed 12 by 20 foot shed and all its material. Clean-up was without any trace. Reasonable pricing and job well done! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Harper Property Maintenance. We had a tree limb break a fence post and needed the old post removed (in concrete), new post installedk and the large gate piece reattached. The office staff was friendly and easy to contact. The workers came out within a day to provide a quote and then took care of the job soon after that. Excellent pricing and great work. I'd highly recommend these folks!

Needed a last minute hose extension/connection as my plumber didn’t come thru for me & in fact comp,etely bailed on me. Harper set me up with their plumber/repairman Phil who was courteous, professional & completed the job satisfactorily & quickly. He explained everything he did afterwards (which i appreciated) & i couldnt be happier that they all came to my rescue!!

Harper did a great job! We had a water runoff problem along our side yard. So Geoff’s gang did a great job contouring and putting in a grate so water will run down fence area vs into the pool. Then I worked with Robin to turn that area into a lovely shade garden. Picked boulders and plants and it looks terrific. Lovely low maintenance shade garden! They are skilled and are easy to work with. They aim to please!

Harper fixed a fence for us and did it quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price. They did a great job and were very easy to schedule and communicate with—I’ll be using them again for our next projects.
