Robin and Jeff Harper are fantastic. We’ve used Harper Property Maintenance for at least 4 major projects and they’ve always done a great job. They are great communicators and their team does thorough work. On top of that, if there was something that needed adjusting after the work was started, they happily came back, made changes and made sure we were 100% happy. I highly recommend them.

Working with Harper has been such a dream. From the initial quote, planning conversations with Robin, and the actual work completed everything has exceeded our expectations. They were easy to talk to, had amazing ideas, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. We will happily work with Harper again on more projects.

I am extremely impressed by Harper & Sons' work, their communication, and their professionalism. We had a long, old chain-link fence removed and replaced, as well as a new deck replaced/installed, for our backyard. Not only was Harper's estimate within our budget, there were no surprises and the work was completed very quickly and thoroughly, not sporadically at all. They also removed a great deal of unwanted brush, and did so without disturbing the surrounding landscape and yard. We were frankly surprised to have the entire project completed so efficiently.
Harper also handled with ease and perseverance the task of obtaining the necessary permits from the Township, keeping us completely apprised of every step in that process. The entire crew was friendly, helpful and responsive, and the finished product was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this company, and will turn to them without hesitation should I need any future work done.

Great transformation of my 25 year old overgrown garden into a new look. Three new areas with edgers were redone as well as the walkway. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and professional. The price seemed fair and the office was easy to work with in managing the project.
Would post pictures, but the plants are in fall mode, so it would be better to wait until spring. I can add photos then.

What started as a simple patio repair turned into a full patio rebuild — and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Harper Property Maintenance quickly identified that my original patio wasn’t built correctly, and a repair would only be a short-term fix. Instead of patching over problems, they completely rebuilt the patio from the ground up.

I had invested a lot in my original pavers and absolutely love them, so I insisted they be reused — and Harper made it happen. They incorporated the existing pavers beautifully and finished the new design with clean, matching edging on all sides.

Now the patio is not only structurally sound and properly graded to drain water away from the house, but it also looks better than ever. My backyard oasis feels more spacious, more polished, and more functional. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout the project were top-notch. Highly recommend!

Harper was amazing! They came in at 8:30 am and were finished by 11 am. We went from what I called a rain forest to my backyard again! THANKS, HARPER!
