    If you don't want to be ripped off stay away from this guy. For 25 minutes of simple work he asked $275. In my house he changed switch and changed 3 bulbs which were mine. I asked him also to move one of the fixtures on the track lighting for couple inches. He started go in and out to the car for every little thing to make it longer but still it was no more than 5 -7 minutes and it was not even electric work. For all that he asked at first $300 I was shocked, but than he agreed for- $275 and before I recovered he gave me to sign invoice. It turned out like he charges $10/ minute. Pretty sneaky and dishonest.
