I can understand a business model that focuses on Developers and large contracts but at least have the courtesy to return a phone call and indicate you do not want my business.
I was in the process of selling a home and needed a good bit of work completed (i.e. new 100a service, service line, weather head, etc.) and was told about this company from a friend. Jared and his team were available, and did great work and were very respectful of the house and property. I had a tight timeframe and we were running into issues where some items were not meeting the local inspectors standards. Jared went out of his way to make sure all these issues were addressed and even reimbursed me for all the incurred inspection fees. He takes immense pride in his work and really showed to me that I mattered as a customer — even taking the time to manage issues and concerns when he was out of town. Because of his due diligence, I was able to close on the sale of my home on time. I would recommend this company without any hesitation.
