Drew Davis gets a five star .He took the time to explain the duct cleaning and prices. He also took the time to make sure my sump pump was working correctly by pouring water in the pump sump making sure the water went out into the street.He also told me what I needed for the toliet.He was such a blessing to me. I am completely satisfied with his work.

Our tech James came out of the end of the day and even though it was a little after hours, he took his time and did not rush the process. He answered all our questions. He even make a couple recommendations to remedy our issue and offered financial perspective. Definitely helped having choices and knowing ahead of time what each option would bring. Very pleased.

Thanh and Darrell were here promptly at 8 AM. They began by assessing the best way to remove the old furnace with the most efficiency and cleanliness. They completed this part very efficiently by using drop clothes throughout my home. They brought in the new furnace without issues and installed it beautifully. They installed a new thermostat and instructed me on how to use it. They left the basement looking cleaner than I had expected and even took the time to wipe down my basement steps before departing. They completed all of this within the promised time allotment with smiles and positive attitudes. I can't wait to fire up my furnace this winter!!!! Thank you Thanh, Darrell and Sila!

Great service, the service tech explained the issue (even showed me the reading on his meter) and gave a fair estimate for repair. I would deal with Sila again should the need arise.
