We used Silas for the winter tune up. Bobby was very professional. He clearly explained what he did and gave us a few recommendations. I would highly recommend Silas.

SILA bought out my previous HVAC company (AQM) so I continued with them. They doubled the yearly maintenance fee, offered no senior discount, and have an all day time window (with a 30 minute notice) which isn’t enough time to really go anywhere. The technicians up until today were fine but Matt came after 4 and was only here for about 10 minutes for the Heating checkup. He changed the Aprilaire water filter that I supplied but did not clean up the mess it left on the floor. He did not turn the system to the winter on position. He ran the A/C system to check? But did not turn the heat on at all. He did not check the working of the sump pump. I don’t think he even checked the air filter. I will be looking elsewhere.

Isaiah Lovera, our technician was great at explaining everything. He identified the issue and promptly fixed it. I will definitely request Isaiah for all future visits. If I can give 6 stars instead of 5, I would.

Matthew came to do a service check on my HVAC and will use Sila from now on because he is a fantastic human being. He was very thorough in his work and I felt comfortable with him, and I will ask for him again. Thank you.

Eric Rowell provided excellent service and Took the time to show me how to utilize the Honeywell Home Connect app in my new home. Sila has wonderful service and the staff helping me on the phone and in person were professional and kind. Excellent service!

Nick came Tuesday and did a great job assessing the problems. Wes came back today (as soon as the part came in yesterday, they scheduled me for today), did a fine job, and finished way ahead of schedule. I continue to be impressed by SILA's service people as well as the people on the phone. They are always polite, sympathetic, reasonable and careful of my house when they get here. They have my highest recommendation.
