I cannot express how happy I am with the services of Joe and Mold Solutions & Inspections! Our house had a very big job to do in 2 separate rooms and Mike and his team were such professionals. They spent 8 hours carefully taking out infected areas of drywall and plaster and getting to the root of our problem. I’m so impressed with how quickly Joe responded to me after initially contacting him. After signing a quick document, he scheduled services for 2 days later! Mike was thorough in letting me know what was going on throughout the process and what to expect. I would recommend these great professionals to anyone who needs mold and water damage help! Joe was very responsive to my call regarding some water damage in a bedroom following a pipe leak. He has very upfront pricing depending on the square footage of water damaged drywall removal you need and as able to get a crew out to my house quickly. The team that showed up was on time, took a lot of care to protect everything with plastic and enclose the affected area to prevent any spread of drywall dust and mold spores. They left clean and square cuts on the drywall they needed to remove which will make replacement of the drywall much easier. Joe and his team were very available to answer any questions and ensure I was happy with the outcome. Highly recommended for any water damage / mold remediation you need!

I highly recommend MSI. I used them for a leak in my roof that caused water damage to the ceiling and walls . From the beginning, talking through my situation with Joe was easy and he explained everything to me. No nonsense, didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and he ended up saving me a lot of money by walking through what would be needed vs. what wouldn’t be needed. Very fair pricing.

The team that came out to do the work were awesome. They were extremely meticulous in covering furniture in the bedroom, setting down sheets to cover the walkways where they’d be walking a lot on, and explaining to me what they were going to do. All were extremely professional and respectful. And upon completion of the work they did an amazing job cleaning up and went the extra step of covering the exposed wall to prevent brick dust.

I hope I never have to use them again because the leaking has stopped for good, but if anything does come up like this again I know I’ll be using MSI.

Joe and his crew were so amazing. After almost being scammed by another company, Joe took his time to explain things to me and was very knowledgeable, kind and transparent. It is rare to find trustworthy people who aren’t solely focused on how much money they can get from you. I am so glad I went with this company. They came out next day to help me and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Very thankful for such a positive experience in a stressful time.

Joe arrived on time, entertained me with tales of traditional deep South Philly, where up means down (south) and down means up (north) -- or maybe vice versa? -- and educated me unsurprisingly on mold (you can't just buy the machine that tests for it, for example, you need certification). And he taught me something I will never forget about footwear (won't share this important and memorable lesson here, however). Generally, a pleasant, efficient process to ensure that some roof leak damage hadn't developed into something nasty/pathological. He called to discuss the results he shared via email a few days after the testing and explained everything clearly. Fully confident in his expertise -- and will call again without hesitation if it comes down to it.

His Team did a great job of remediation and took great care of our stuff. Joe also followed through with some after job help that we needed. It's like having a new basement. These guys have 5 stars for a reason. We had an issue with bathroom mold that needed to be treated and I had to cancel after setting a date. Joe was understanding, communicative, and helpful along the way. Once we rescheduled, the team was full of professionals that diligently remediated the affected area and cleaned up everything nicer than when they first arrived. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I recently purchased by first home and discovered there was mold in the crawl space. I closed on this home Friday of one week and had roommates moving in the very next Thursday. Joe, the owner of MSI, came out on Saturday, gave me a quote, and MSI was able to start on that Monday and get the job done in time! Joe is an amazing person that carries himself in a very disciplined and professional way, and he stands behind his company's work! The crew was equally as amazing and professional. Very kind, respectful, and a thorough job done top to bottom. After the job was completed, Joe was kind enough to explain to me how to set up my dehumidifier in my crawl space so the mold has a snowball's chance in hell of coming back. I can’t say enough good things about MSI and especially Joe, the owner. From the very first phone call, he was incredibly kind and understanding of my anxiety about having mold in our home with an 8-month-old baby. I reached out with a lot of questions (probably more than most!) and Joe was always patient and never made me feel like I was bothering him.

They were able to start the remediation within a week of contacting them, which gave us huge peace of mind. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and explained what they were doing each step of the way. Knowing our baby’s health and safety were a priority to them made such a difference.

Should we need further remediation, we will definitely continue using them. I’m so grateful we found MSI and would recommend them to anyone who needs mold remediation.

The sales pitch wasn't long and drawn out. Price was fair. After much research we discovered this is the only system that would ACTUALLY work with our raised seam metal roof, despite what other companies said about their products. Work was done the next day including an amazing gutter cleanout. The incredible rain storms we had the day after install certainly put the new gutter filters to the test. The volume of water that is now coming out of our gutters is amazing! I don't really want to know where it was going before!?!? Wish we had done this sooner. Can't attest to the longevity of the product as we have only had it about 2 months, but so far, so good. We are very happy customers with not one ounce of buyers remorse.

One of the worst sales pitch experiences ever! I’m actively looking into a gutter replacement for a 2,100 SQFT standard home. Jeff, one of their sales guys came, took the measurements, went to his car to prepare himself and then we sat together having the typical American sales approach with telling why Leaffilter is the best and the others are incompetent and bla bla bla.
At the end, he made the proposal of $13,000 for the project including leaf filters and downspouts. I internally laughed at him and repeated that there is no need to discuss any further as I have a quote for $4,500 (and in reality $3,200 even) for the same project. I kindly showed him the way out.
8 minutes later he rang again the bell and explained that he was talking to his manager and suddenly offers the project for $4,300, so 1/3 of the original price!!! I declined. He asked why? I answered because his pricing isn’t trustworthy at all and his comment was just «do you believe in capitalism?» I told him, yes, but not to this extent by trying to rip off customers. Find another victim!

I had LeafFilter gutter protection for 3 years now. I will be honest, my husband and I were septal about the pricing, but it was worth every penny. The gentlemen that installed them worked on realigning my gutters, adding extension gutters (tell beforehand) and completing the installation of the protectors for 7 hours. He truly cared about his work and treated our home like it was his own. We no longer have a waterfall coming out of the back and front top gutters. Our basement no longer got massive amount of water in it. This was not just a throw gutter protectors on and leave. It was way more than that! Thank you LeafFilter for your TLC!

Overall, I had a very good experience having new gutters installed with LeafFilter protection. The salesperson was very informative and NOT pushy (which would have killed the deal for me). The initial price was completely outrageous, but I didn't pay anywhere near that. Everyone was very responsive and my entire job, including all new flashing and gutters, was done in a day. They're all installed now, look great and are working great!

The sales rep Greg was very nice and he understood when I told him that the pricing can't break the bank. The entire process was done in good timing and they were more than on time. The technician that came to do the repair was quick, very polite, and professional and he even cleared my drainage spouts as they were backed up with leaves. I would use them again and recommend you to others.
