My goal was to use a local team near south Philly who had experience with this type of work in rowhomes and could get started right away. I talked through my concerns with Joe and was surprised he was able to get a team out immediately. Joe's team was competent, worked fast, kept tidy, and helped document every step of the remediation services to ensure my insurance covered all steps. MSI was able to stay on track with their initial quote and we were happy to see the final cost come in slightly under. MSI persisted to counter my insurance company even after MSI received payment to ensure all costs were covered. Joe also understood and respected that we were working with a limited budget (no insurance involved) and was fully transparent with their process and costs. They never tried to "upsell" us or anything, and I felt confident they would complete the job we asked them to do in an expert manner - which they certainly did! I cannot express how happy I am with the services of Joe and Mold Solutions & Inspections! Our house had a very big job to do in 2 separate rooms and Mike and his team were such professionals. They spent 8 hours carefully taking out infected areas of drywall and plaster and getting to the root of our problem. Joe was very responsive to my call regarding some water damage in a bedroom following a pipe leak. He has very upfront pricing depending on the square footage of water damaged drywall removal you need and as able to get a crew out to my house quickly. The team that showed up was on time, took a lot of care to protect everything with plastic and enclose the affected area to prevent any spread of drywall dust and mold spores. They left clean and square cuts on the drywall they needed to remove which will make replacement of the drywall much easier. Joe and his team were very available to answer any questions and ensure I was happy with the outcome. Highly recommended for any water damage / mold remediation you need!

I highly recommend MSI. I used them for a leak in my roof that caused water damage to the ceiling and walls . From the beginning, talking through my situation with Joe was easy and he explained everything to me. No nonsense, didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and he ended up saving me a lot of money by walking through what would be needed vs. what wouldn’t be needed. Very fair pricing.

The team that came out to do the work were awesome. They were extremely meticulous in covering furniture in the bedroom, setting down sheets to cover the walkways where they’d be walking a lot on, and explaining to me what they were going to do. All were extremely professional and respectful. And upon completion of the work they did an amazing job cleaning up and went the extra step of covering the exposed wall to prevent brick dust.

I hope I never have to use them again because the leaking has stopped for good, but if anything does come up like this again I know I’ll be using MSI.
