We have had Bill and his team work on two separate projects at our house. Both times, everyone we've met has been quick to respond and does a thorough, successful job! We are very happy to have found Bill and his team, and will continue to reach out to them whenever we need any work done.

Bill watson and co really went above and beyond here. They did a large patch of drywall in a corner for me which came out perfect and then moved on to a basement refinish. You could never tell that everything was cut out. They did framing, drywall, paining, floors, and some carpentry work on a panel that came out great.

I am particular and went through lots of little details throughout the job. These guys communicated and they were patient and great to work with. They also helped me with a few small things and gave me some pointers.

Our vintage kitchen tile floor was destroyed by a water leak. Bill did an amazing job installing LVP over the old floor, including all prep and finishing. He also repaired the parts of drywall and insulation that were ruined as well. We've received many compliments on the floor, especially the attention to detail in the trim work. He was also able to move appliances and fixtures to cleanly extend the floor into the bathroom as well.

Watson General Contracting LLC did an outstanding job installing my new exterior sliding doors. Bill walked me through the options, answered all of my questions, and made sure the installation would run smoothly. The doors look fantastic! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Bill and Joghan were with us for just under 3 months. They did den/laundry room/powder room total rip out, flooring in thise rooms and the kitchen, 2 full bathroom remodels, a huge drywall patch at the top of our stairwell; of all which included painting, and a few more odds and ends. Our house was not easy and they stepped up and got it done. They had a huge undertaking with helping us get our house up to date. It needed a lot of TLC and Bill was able to give it just that. He was consistently checking in with us and making sure we were aware of what was happening and asked our opinions on everything along the way. Very responsive! His communication was top tier. As with any older home....unforeseen issues come up. Bill was always able to find solutions that did not break the bank. We are so happy with how everything turned out. What an improvement!! We still have some future projects in mind and we have Bill's number saved!! If your looking for a consistent, hard working, animal friendly (our nervous dog hated every bit if the remodel and Bill and Joghan were so kind to her) contractor.....Watson General Contracting is your go to. Bill did an excellent job transforming an old bedroom in our house with drywall, electrical, painting and trim work. He also installed new doors. The remodel turned out exactly how we wanted. Bill was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and very transparent. He consistently checked in to see if we were satisfied with the work or needed any adjustments. I would recommend using Bill for any house projects.

No one knew who was doing what we waited over an hour for someone to talk to us about flooring I recommend you go anywhere but here to get floors put in they have no idea and not only did I have no idea they don't care about waiting on customers here

I have been waiting for 7 hours for your contractors to show up to install my kitchen floor. They are still a no show. Will never order again for any installation.

Ordered a shed with “pro” services to assemble. Home Depot recommended three contractors and none of them are available. Customer service says put another request in and I get the same three contractors that are not available. Then Home Depot says “google it.” Worst customer service ever! Never again!

I would never refer anyone to have carpet or vinyl flooring measured,estimated,ordered or installed by Home Depot. This process was a complete disaster from the start. The only reason I proceeded with the order was the sales person in the Folsom store (Phil) helped me. Measurements were wrong x2. Estimates were wrong x4. Install day I didn't get enough product to finish the job correctly. ...a box of vinyl short and one box of the wrong product given and no quarter round was with the order, then there was not enough quarter round given to complete the job. The installer was a very good person and helpful but he could only work with what was supplied by Home Depot. My quarter round measure was so skimpy that there are cuts where there should be straight pieces because they didn't order enough. This is not what I wanted. I feel that the job was never measured correctly from the start and I don't think it was measured by someone who knows how to install a floor. There is a complete disconnect at HD with measurements, estimates, sales and installation. I got a call to complete survey questions which I did but never heard back from anyone at Home Depot.

Took my money and never returned to do project. After many attempts to resolve it Ryan just ignored me.

My experience with Prestige Home Building was wonderful. They built a sunroom addition for my home, and it has quickly become my favorite spot to relax. The craftsmanship and finishing are flawless.

I had Prestige Home Building remodel my master bathroom, and they did an amazing job. The tile work is beautiful, and the attention to detail blew me away. They were always polite and kept me updated on every step.

If you do decide to work with them make sure to hold off paying until ALL the work is done. I saw an earlier review mention that once payment was received they never completed the work and I was hoping that was not an accurate review but it turns out it was. The work they did complete back in early June is of good quality and Ryan was good to work with but once the motivation is gone and money is paid you can't count on him even responding to his phone let alone finishing the work. I have been persistent with him for months to finish a deck that has already been paid for in full and he keeps saying he will get to it but at his point we will be hiring another contractor to finish his work.
