Constraction reviews in Folsom, Pennsylvania

I can’t say enough positive things about Shaun and his work. He recently renovated an apartment at my rental property and did an amazing job. He is responsive, shows up on time, and keeps you informed on the status of the job. His work product is great and he never cuts corners. Shaun is a top-notch contractor and craftsman.

Shaun has performed several projects in our home such as: interior painting of walls, ceilings and trim; construction of room divider bookcases and repairs to our garage ceiling. All work was performed at the highest level of craftsmanship. He is on-time, trustworthy and takes pride in his work. He listens to the customer and is willing to work with them on a satisfactory outcome. We would highly recommend Shaun.

We have had Shaun numerous times for different jobs. I can't say enough good things about him. His work is high-quality. He is meticulous. His price is always more than fair. He is a pleasure to have around! He has built steps, replaced boards on our deck, replaced doors, installed screens in our gazebo. He will always be the first contractor we call. He was referred to us years ago by a family who had Shaun do a complete remodel of their kitchen and that was a beautiful job. I recommend Shaun whole-heartedly!

We highly recommend Shaun Nordeman, who has done indoor painting, home repairs and renovations for us, just to name a few. Shaun's work and work ethic are outstanding. He responds right away when we reach out to him and arrives when he says he will be here. If he is coming back the following day, he makes sure he cleans up and leaves everything neat and ready for his next day's project. We continue to recommend him to friends, who also have been very, very pleased with what he has done for them. He is a gem!

Shaun installed a new storm door for me 2 weeks ago and did a great job. Shaun is hard working, a great contractor and reasonable. I love the new storm door. Thanks Shaun.

We first found Shaun and SPN Contracting through our plumber and asked him to come out for a quote to repair water damage in a bedroom. We chose to work with Shaun because he was responsive, pleasant, and honest about the work that needed to be done. We even tacked on some painting and fan installation in a second room based on his availability. Shaun arrived on time each day, worked steadily, and kept everything tidy. After a few days, we had two bedrooms that looked brand new! A few months later, we called Shaun again to help us replace our basement windows and storm doors. Once again, he was so easy to work with and helped us determine the best approach to the work. We have truly enjoyed working with Shaun and SPN Contracting, and highly recommend him for any home work you are looking to have done. He provides high quality work at a great value - you won't be disappointed!

When hiring contractors it's usually hard for me to know who I can trust. The owner of SPN Contracting LLC is the most hard working, fair, and honest person in the business. I can trust SPN to do the job right with the highest quality workmanship every time. Highly recommended.

Shaun was very quick and through in responding to my request to modify our side entrance door and rebuild the steps to the doorway. He took time to make sure nothing was tracked into the and all carpets were thoroughly vacuumed when he was finished. I also used him for interior painting and will call him for any of our future needs!

Shaun (SPN Contractors) has performed (2) projects for me to date. I will be using him for (2) additional projects in the near future. I am thoroughly satisfied with his work and workmanship. I highly recommend Shaun for any of your handyman projects.
Further, he is a great guy, polite and thorough.

Shaun did a handful of jobs for us as we prepared our house to sell. He was professional and easy to work with. We would hire him again.1

On top of doing beautiful work at a very fair price, Shaun was always on time and treated my home as if it was his own. Two things that mean a lot when trusting a contractor in your home!

If you're looking for a contractor who is on time, quick to respond, provides fair estimates, and is a perfectionist - Shaun is your person. Shaun is our trusted go-to for any work we need done on our house, including bathroom remodels, indoor painting, deck remodel, window replacement - the list goes on. His latest work for us was to very quickly replace garage steps that were very challenging for my husband who's currently on crutches - he quickly scheduled the work and built exactly what we needed for my husband to safely traverse with crutches. I highly recommend working with Shaun on your next project!

I highly recommend Shaun Nordeman for any carpentry work you may need. From the initial contact, Shaun was prompt in responding to my inquiry and provided a thorough and detailed quote for the job. He arrived on time every day and demonstrated excellent craftsmanship throughout the project.
Shaun is meticulous and pays great attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the work is done to the highest standard. After the job was completed, he took the time to clean up, leaving the work area spotless.
Not only is Shaun highly skilled, but he is also personable and easy to work with. He was willing to take on odd jobs and provided valuable insights and suggestions that enhanced the overall outcome of the project.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Shaun’s work and would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects.

We had wonderful experience working with SPN Contracting from start to finish! My husband and I have worked with many contractors who've overbooked their schedules, do sloppy work and don't clean up after themselves, and fail to communicate. BUT Shaun displayed top notch professionalism from start to finish! From his scheduling, timeliness on the job, work ethic and skill, and management of the work area we were was highly impressed. We are looking to to hire him again for future jobs. Give him a call!

We had a great experience with Shaun from SPN Contracting. He had to figure out how to connect our clothes dryer in our 2nd floor laundry room to the exterior exhaust, which also required drywall work (both wall & ceiling) & paint. It is an old house, so it was not the most straight-forward job & needed some strategizing to figure out how to run the dryer piping. He also needed to seal up the drywall behind our washing machine that was opened up in a separate plumbing project, and fix some water damage in the ceiling below the laundry room. He was able to fit our project in quickly and he worked very efficiently & was excellent with communication. He and the other contractor he brought to assist were so nice to have in our home. They were very kind, polite, trustworthy, and they did great, meticulous work. We highly recommend SPN & we will definitely be using SPN again in the future!

We are SO lucky to have found Shaun! He is one of the nicest people we've had the pleasure of working with. Throughout the project he called me and texted me to continuously confirm and update me and he was always on time. Before the project began he gave me a list of things I needed to buy and pick out. As a first time home owner and someone who knows absolutely nothing about home remodeling or materials, I was overwhelmed. Shaun called me and helped me unpack the list and approved every link I sent him. He never made me feel stupid and was always happy to take the time to explain what he was doing, which I greatly appreciated. We also had a few hiccups once the demo started with different problems and he always made it work and was honest and upfront about any extra costs. Our bathroom looks STUNNING and it is thanks to Shaun, his talent, his team, and all of their amazing hard work!!

We’ve used Shaun multiple times and will continue to call on him for work. He is extremely professional, reliable and a master in his trade. We had a pipe break in our bathroom and didn’t know who to call. Our amazing plumber Mark from MVP Plumbing highly recommended Shaun. He fixed our bathroom, redid a whole closet with water damage & repaired our dining room ceiling. We then had an emergency while having our basement waterproofed, the workers ripped down our basement steps. Shaun was able to come out and build us a new set. But my favorite is our brand new deck. I’ve wanted a gazebo for 20 years and Shaun actually put it all together for us and I love it! I couldn’t be happier with all the work he has done so far. (I’m sure we will be calling again!)

I highly recommend Shaun Nordeman from SPN Contracting. He was reliable, personable, reasonably priced, and completed the job in a timely manner. He repaired water-damaged drywall, re-drywalled, spackled, and painted everything, and the paint color match was absolutely perfect. Shaun kept the space neat and cleaned up thoroughly every day. Great experience from start to finish.

Rehung closet door as well as hung doors for pantry. This was a new home and the door frames were not level. Bill and Ross were meticulous in refitting the doors, painting and cleanup.
I will definitely use Watsons construction in the future and recommend them. Bill the owner wanted me to be completely satisfied with the work before leaving. He takes pride in his work.
