Constraction reviews in Folsom, Pennsylvania

Dennis and Floribel were amazing- they did such a great job cleaning up the mess from our basement flood. They took care in helping preserve things like our wedding album and other significant items. They cleaned everything up, separated the wet and dry items, and hauled away all the garbage. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend.

Denis Erick Somantha did a 5 star job! Very professional and explained the entire process which made this whole situation a little easier to deal with.

Dennis and Eric were fantastic! Professional, informative, and thorough. I would highly recommend they to family and friends.

We experienced a small kitchen fire one Sunday night. We were so beside ourselves on what to do and how to go about cleaning it up. The next morning we contacted our insurance company who sent out Servpro. I can not say enough good things about Servpro. From start to finish they were AMAZING! Kim came in and was amazing, friendly, down to earth. She was detailed in every room checking how far the smoke/soot went. When her team came into clean.. BLOWN away. Her team was amazing. They were incredibly detailed oriented. Kim came back and took our phone calls on multiple occasions and kept our minds at ease. HIGHLY RECOMMEND serprov, especially KIM and her team !!!

Thank you so much Anthony April Production Crew Chief!! After a 'surprise' flood in my basement of my 80-year oldfm home from a 'failed' boiler, I contacted Servpro. They quickly arrived, examibed the basement and clearly explained the mitigation process and how they would work with my insurance company. They immediately calmed my nerves. After I agreed to work with Servepro, they immediately went to work, removing carpeting/padding and damaged baseboards, removing and disposing of damaged furniture and debris. They brought in drying fans, heaters and other equipment, all designed to mitigate damage. Over the next 5 days, a crew came daily (after first camling to schedule) to check
the moisture levels and move around the equipmentif needed to dry the rooms. Although this may have been a small project for Servpro, they immediately sensed the degree of upset it had caused me, and continually and calmly explained every step along the way to be sure I understood what was happening. Kim, Sal and Alex were totally professional and knowledgable, and they all showed compassion for the distress this situation caused. Servpro made a traumatic experience bearable and helped me to feel confident my home would be saved.

The job performance by this Service Pro was absolutely amazing. They responded immediately to a sewage cleanup project and worked continuously until the damaged location was completely clean, free of bacteria, and mold protected. The personnel were friendly, professional in every way, and worked diligently until the job was completed. I offer them the highest rating possible, and would recommend their services without hesitation to anyone in need.

Muy buen servicio y fue rápido

Shaun did an excellent job doing carpentry work on our porch posts! He was very prompt and excellent rates! Highly recommend him!

Excellent work, very professional, and great communication. Highly recommend!

As a gift, my daughter and son-in-law contracted Shawn to install a stairway railing for us. He did an EXCELLENT job, (as the pictures show). His work was meticulous, and I would HIGHLY recommend him if you needed anything done. Also, I might add, that besides being a master carpenter and contractor, Shawn is just an all around nice guy !

Shaun is a professional contractor. He has worked in our home with big jobs and small ones. The quality of his work is excellent. He responds immediately when you call him and does the work in a timely manner.

Shaun is a craftsman who engineers his work for value. Shaun and his crew are quiet, considerate, and professional and they always cleaned up after their work. They stripped our bathroom to the beams and rebuilt it carefully to accommodate a larger and deeper tub and a full sized (and fully tiled) shower. It’s beautiful and the work was affordable. I highly recommend SPN.

My Go-To Handyman

As a homeowner, maintaining my home is important to me. To keep it in good working order and looking presentable, I rely on people providing professional services who are affordable, dependable, reliable and skilled at what they do. Shaun is my go-to professional when I require the services of a handyman. Shaun is extremely capable and has completed a variety of jobs for me: he has patched/repaired and painted the living room ceiling; repaired a broken door frame and adjacent wall; installed a front storm door; fixed a bedroom door that didn’t shut properly, sealed and caulked windows; capped door frames and windows, removed old metal-in-concrete fence posts, power washing, and stucco repair. Whether working inside or outside the house, he always leaves the space cleaner than it was before he began work. And, he is truly a nice person and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Shaun.

Hire with confidence! SPN recently completed a couple of projects for me in Drexel Hill. One of which was a front porch deck and very happy with the finished product.

Shaun did an excellent job renovating our finished basement. Within a month of moving into our home, we experienced bad water damage and decided to get our basement completely redone. We contacted Shaun who replied quickly with a thorough quote and clarity on when the job could be done. It required demolition of walls, framing of new walls where the layout of the floor was changed, and installation of new walls. His work was meticulous. Everything was done so professionally. He arrived early and worked quickly and carefully. We are so pleased with our new basement! We spend time there every day and continue to admire the quality of his work!

WOW - I was totally impressed wit the work Shaun , SPN Contracting, did for me. I had exterior capping, siding, gutters, downspouts all replaced and or added. Shaun did amazing work. He showed up every day until the job was complete. He was very methodical and cared about the work he did. I am not one to leave a contractor to work on his own but by the second day and seeing what he was doing I left him to do his thing. Not ONE thing had to be addressed or questioned each day I came home which for me is amazing. He worked on my home like it was his own which is unheard of today.
I have more projects for him when my budget allows! I Highly recommend Shaun also.

We replaced all the windows in our house. From the beginning of the project to the end, Shaun responded in a timely manner in providing a quote for the project and showed up at the time he specified to begin the work. He provided quality workmanship and was respectful of us and our home. We love how everything turned out and would not hesitate to use Shaun again!

Shaun installed a front and a back screen door, wrapped my porch pillars in aluminum, fixed my front step to properly have my front door flush, and a few other jobs. He communicates quickly through email/text and is extremely clean. No trace left behind. I am so grateful to have had the chance to work with Shaun/SPN Contracting. Shaun's work is impeccable! He was so awesome to work with and is local in Folsom. There will be more home projects and I will definitely use SPN Contracting again. Thanks Shaun for your hard work at my home. :) Jamie, 424
