Constraction reviews in Folsom, Pennsylvania

We called Bill back for a second home project, our first was painting and this time we needed to rip out basement carpet and install vinyl flooring. Bill and his team are fantastic to work with, give fair pricing and complete the job quickly without compromising quality. We couldn’t be happier with our final outcome and look forward to working with this company for our next home project!

Great contractor to work with. Very fair prices. Even gave us a discount on a future job. Honest guy. He worked quickly and efficiently. He even made sure there were no nails left on the ground that could hurt our dogs. I appreciated that. Most contractors you have to wait months for but because our deck was collapsing in the middle from rotted wood underneath he squeezed us in his busy schedule right away. We are very happy we found him through another job he did because we have a few more jobs lined up for him. Don’t hesitate to use this company. Very professional.

Bill and his team did a great job. I had a gouge in my hardwood floor. After contacting Bill, he sent his hardwood floor guy to my house. He arrived at the time promised and was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was going to do before doing the work. When he was finished you couldn't even tell the floor had been damaged. I would highly recommend Watson General Contracting.

I stumbled upon this company after doing a web search. The positive reviews prompted me to request an estimate for a couple things around the house. The prompt response from the owner was already a good sign for me. When Bill came out for an estimate, he was attentive to my inquiry and gave helpful suggestions to how he would resolve the issue. I had a couple estimates for this job and Bill's came in reasonable. Bill's character also came through as being genuine (this is important for me) and shows that he isn't one to pull a quick one just to get over on someone. Bill is also very big on communication and keeps you updated every step of the way. When it came to doing the job, he and his helper did the job quickly, efficiently and without any disturbance. I am looking forward to keeping this company on speed dial for future jobs.

Honestly, couldn’t be happier with the job Bill Watson did on our basement window. From start to finish, he was just amazing. The new window looks SO much better, and it completely fixed the leak we’d been dealing with from rainwater. It’s such a relief knowing that’s no longer an issue.

What really stood out was how communicative and responsive Bill was the whole time. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me super fast and made sure I understood exactly what was going on every step of the way. That level of communication made the whole process way less stressful.

He was super friendly and professional, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and even made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. You can tell he really takes pride in his work, which isn’t something you see every day.

If you’re thinking about getting windows replaced, I can’t recommend Watson General Contracting enough. He made the whole process so much easier than I expected. Thanks again, Bill!!!"

Bill showed up on time and got the project done efficiently, The areas he worked on were clean afterwards. And he followed up to make sure I was happy with the the job

Bill and his crew did an awesome job in my basement, shoring up some termite damage and being able to remove a support beam in the center of our basement. He was quickly to respond and after the first initial contact I had him seeing the house in two days. Great work!!

Billy made sure that Evey measurement was perfect to ensure proper water runoff ..he even assisted me in selecting a carport and installation to fit my budget .he was very thorough from beginning to end of my project. and very respectful of my property .I would highly recommend Watson General Contractor for any progect inside and outside your home

We recently hired Bill Watson who completely exceeded our expectations. Not only was he skilled and efficient, but he was also incredibly courteous and trustworthy. He handled a variety of tasks—from fixing a broken door knob to patching drywall and painting our ceiling with precision and care. He arrived on time, came prepared with all the necessary tools, and cleaned up thoroughly after each job. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to explain what he was doing in simple, understandable terms. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. We’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects.

Bill did an excellent job in my vanity space in our master bathroom. We had him install tiles in the space and put together my new vanity table with lights (which was not an easy task). He also made sure that we liked his work and asked questions, which I appreciated. Thank you again Bill!!!

Bill and Johan completely transformed my bathroom into a beautiful brand new space! Bill was extremely professional and communicated all of the options to me which was very helpful especially as a first time homeowner. I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future for other projects and I highly recommend that you reach out to him as well!

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Bill and his team. This was a great experience and they were constantly cleaning up after themselves before they left my home. I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Thanks Watson General Construction!

I hired Watson General Contracting July, 2025 to repair several doors and the experience was fantastic start to finish.

Communication was clear and consistent—they kept us informed every step of the way and answered all our questions quickly. The crew was always on time, professional, and respectful of our home.

The quality of their work exceeded our expectations. The doors and finish looked amazing, and the attention to detail really shows. They completed the project on schedule and actually saved on the budget we agreed on.

They also did a great job cleaning up which we really appreciated with kids in the house.

Bill was tasked with finding a way to insulate and secure a crawl space under our laundry room that had water pipes exposed. He was creative with his solution. The area is now secure and properly insulated. Bill is an excellent communicator, fair pricing, work done in a timely manner, and he has gone out of his way to make sure we are satisfied with the work. Will definitely be hiring again!
